Contacted Rugmaster as I had a large handmade Persian rug (3m x 2m) that needed repair & a deep clean. I was also interested in getting a valuation.

Left the rug with Rugmaster and two weeks later, we’ve got a beautiful, repaired, sparkly rug. The colours are stunning and the workmanship top notch. It looks like new! Extremely pleased, a very happy customer. Would highly recommend Rugmaster, brilliant service from start to finish.

My wife and I purchased a beautiful handmade Kazak tribal rug in Turkey in the 1980s. The rug became a central part of our home for many years but when we acquired a puppy in 2015 he began to chew the edge of the rug so we rolled it up and stored it under a bed for @ 7yrs. Sadly, when we decided to use the rug again we discovered that it had been badly moth-eaten. After a couple more years we decided to see if we could get it repaired. We contacted quite a few suppliers but decided to entrust the work to Rugmasters. We are so please that we did! Sam, the owner was extremely helpful and understood how much we cherished the rug. The rug has now been cleaned and moth-roofed, and all the damaged areas, including the pet damage have been restored. The texture, colour and pattern matching are of such a high-standard that the damaged areas are now impossible to detect. Thank you Rugmaters for a superb job!

I used Rugmaster to resize the length on a jute rug. Really happy with the finish (the trim on the resized side is indistinguishable from the original one). Repair of a Persian rug was really well done. Very good service: helpful staff, excellent workmanship.

Rugmaster have done an excellent job on both of our rugs recently.
Deep clean, de-mothed and repaired damage on the fringe and the leather grips on one, then deep clean, colour restoration and total fringe repair on the other. Both are totally transformed back to their former glory - superb results on both. Customer service and attention to detail also excellent - collection and delivery service great too.
