Ordered 99.95 Makita Hedge Trimmer. Like others, showed online it was delivered by USPS. Told by USPS, yes was delivered but addressed to a completely different person and address. Still waiting to hear from Eva.

SCAM!!. Umluxe comes up in google searches, and quote low. I ordered lounge chairs and paid money through PayPal for 84.99. I received an ordered, but I did not receive any confirmation email. It is over a month. Tried to contact and comes always busy. PayPal is not refunding. Luckily I have taken photo of my order Including orderid. I have filed a complaint on FTC ( federal trade commission) in their website. I suggest to everyone to file complaint, so that there is some action taken

This is a scam website. It doesn’t even deserve a star! They retrieve old tracking numbers and send as a shipping confirmation. I lost 99.95 on a storage bench. I’m going to try and get PayPal to help me or my credit card. I noticed today that the website no longer exist. I’m glad because I’m sure they made plenty of money from this scam!! I should have researched before I bought. Lesson learned

I ordered a chair from Umluxe, never got it. went thru PayPal, they wont pay claim.. the ups trkg # they gave was a boogis one that didnt have my name or address on pkg.. UPS SENT CONFIRMATION ON THIS. NOW you cant get ahold of UMLUXE there site isnt available now...SCAM COMPANY

Do NOT order anything from here. As with all others here, I have the same experience. Ordered an item, then given the run around and what turns out to be a fake UPS delivery code. Paypal won't do anything about this. Protect yourself!

I placed an order for a gourmet knife block set through umluxe.com. As soon as I clicked on the button to place the order, I did not get an Order number like you usually would. I also did not get an email confirmation, so I called the telephone number listed at the bottom of the site. I always got a busy signal, even though I tried various dates and times. I emailed and got no response. There was a tracking number provided on my PayPal account, that was for an item that was delivered weeks before I had even ordered this item. The payment was made to a ”iva butler”, & the email was to a Hillary Genevieve . Obviously a fraudulent website. I am trying to get a refund from PayPal, and have reported this to the US Postal Service Inspection Service. DON’T order anything from this site.

This website is a scam! Whatever you search for will come up for sale under umluxe but if you go and search their actual site, it does not! They are stealing valid tracking numbers so obviously, they are working with someone else. Seems like their tracking numbers are mostly from Amazon. I filed a resolution with PayPal and they were great. It took about 2 weeks to get my money back.

I didn't get what I ordered and paid for. I got hacked. They told me it was delivered, but the tracking number given was for something that was delevered 4 days before I ordered off this site. I emailed the customer service about it and sent conformation of everything, NEVER RESPONDED. $100!

Same issue as everyone else. They provided a tracking # for a 0.3 lb. item when I ordered an item weighing close to 50 lbs. PayPal is giving the runaround.

Definitely a scam. When you figure it out they send an email with a tracking number. Mine said it had arrived the day before Umluxe said it shipped. When I called UPS and pressed for more info, they told me the tracking number was actually for a shipment to a man in another state. They could not tell me who. I am trying to get my money back from PayPal, but due to COVID19 there is no phone assistance. These crooks need to be stopped!!!

Fake site. Fake listed products. Took my money. Had to file FCC complaint and reimbursement on Credit card. Do not use!

Scam!!! Don’t just don’t. If it’s too good to be true it probably is. Waiting to hear from PayPal.

BUYER BEWARE, This place is a total scam. Luckily I used a card that has zero liability, and got my $100 back. The company sent me an email with a fake tracking number. I have filed a complaint with the BBB inTexas, with Paypal, and with my states forgery department. Hopefully SOMEONE will go to jail.

website is a scam. I order item and paid via paypal (thought I would be safe). i did not get item, created dispute case with paypal. scammer provided a fake UPS tracking number to paypal and paypal closed case. I am opening an unauthorized case now and hope this gets fixed. currently our 67 dollars. item was 50 percent discounted, though it was over stock and they just wanted to get rid of it. usually I am careful but they got me on this one. hopefully this post will help other.

I was scammed as well! Ordered a garden box cover that was sold out elsewhere and they offered it for $10 cheaper. Thought I was getting a deal! Paypal money was taken immediately and a tracking number for a purchase from another website was provided from a previous date. Wish I had read these reviews as they all seem to say the same process. I have filed a claim with Paypal though it sounds like I will have to talk to my CC company as well.

They actually deserve no stars on this review. UMLUXE is such a scam. I never received any confirmation email with tracking. when a week went by an no information sent to me. I tried getting charges reversed through Paypal. They reached out to the sender and was given a tracking #. The address was confirmed correct on the paypal email UMLUXE sent them. when I reached out to USPS they said it was sent to another address in same town. Still no response from UMLUXE. kwpm79@163. email address they gave to contact with questions. no phone # and no response yet. ridiculous.

They got me too. 100% bogus. Hope the owners die in a fire.

I too ordered a breadmaker from this site for 69.99 on june 21. On June 22 at 2 am I got an email from Pay pal that the unit was shipped with a tracking number and a description of item IGEDUM. Checking the tracking detail with USps and it was ordered for pickup on Jun 7 and delivered Jun 17. Usps confirmed that it was not my address. Paypal supported the sender ( Russian address ending in .ru) because of a tracking number. Paypal is impossible to work with and appear to be facilitating part of the scam. I am now trying to resolve with American Express.

I did a google search for an Arctic Cove fan. Umluxe came up with one for sale -- I ordered it for $69.99 and 4.99 shipping without checking reviews. They instantly withdrew the monies from PayPal and sent an email later with a shipping number as having delivered it. The number was for 2 packages and not to our home. It appears they 'stole' a legitimate number for an illegitimate transaction. Always research reviews!! This is a no-go!!

Negative 5 stars. Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered a 10x13 canopy with curtains for $95(cheapest I could find) on June 23. Got notification on 28th that UPS delivered on 25th!!! To next zip code over!!!! UPS says they can't help me because My Name was not on the package...but why would my name not be on package??? UPS says it's Amazon's mistake...but I didn't order from Amazon, I ordered from umluxe. checked my Amazon account for order...not there. Tried contacting Amazon and Umluxe...which is how I came across these reviews..trying to find another way to contact them since number is not a valid working number to call & no one answers e-mails. After seeing these reviews I realized I was scammed & called bank to dispute. Thanks to ALL here for informing others.
