Horrible service. Tried to cancel my subscription online. Didn't work they still took the money. No response from help desk. Don't trust them.

Prix abordable la première année et ensuite, ils vous massacrent, 80 euros ....

Just a heads up to alert the customer that their subscription is due - it's not a lot to ask!! Another start up that has got too big and lost sight of the core mission to provide a valuable service to paying customers - now the bottom line is all that matters as they have enough customers to keep the shareholders quiet. To be quite honest - there is no need for this AV software with the proprietary OS security and basic browsing discipline. Totally staggering how any company can feel good about a one star Trust Pilot rating - but clearly they do !

I joined up without even realising I had ! Till my bank contacted me.i never even downloaded it. so paid 10 mths 9 99 a mth for nothing. Rang them told could get one mths payment back.impossible to get to refund it myself.they won't do it for you.there website is a nightmare. spent hrs trying to sort it out.Do not join up with them.

Its cuatomer support is Horrible. They carged me $38 for unlimited devices, which i did not want. Trying to talk to someone or get any help is impoasible.

Too much of an attack site. I never could go back and read about other plans once I went to the purchase page. I will not use these guys ever. Saw similar issues with auto pay and renewal. The could not shut off the renew feature. Not going to use these guys ever.

On m’a préleve en octobre 2*39€ et quand j’ai demandé l’annulation et le remboursement on m’a envoyé un lien qui fonctionnait pas
Malgré des relances les sommes volées n’ont toujours pas été remboursées
Je ne me laisserai pas faire dans le cadre de la loi mais n’hésitez pas à faire un signalement sur le site de gouvernement

They want your money! And once they get it they'll hang onto it like grim death. Totally unable to find a way to unsubscribe and prevent renewals. Although it should be straightforward it appears intentionally complicated and time consuming. TotalAV totally missed spotting and fixing web browser hijackers which should be simple enough. Result: no confidence in this product. Right now I'm subjected to tiresomely repeated pop-up adverts to buy more of their services. Can't wait to get it off my equipment.

If i could give a negative i would. Brand new phone. Clicked one time on it charged me 500. Now Wells Fargo is too stupid to fix it.

Avoid at all costs. They are well known for aggressive subscription recharges, just ask AI, make me furious how they get away with this with so many negative reviews, somebody needs to query this company's actions.

J'ai souscrit il y a deux ans pour 29€ et il y a un mois et demi j'ai été prélevée de 165€!!!
Bien sûr je les ai contactés par email... Un mois et demi plus tard...aucune réponse !
Comment une si importante société peut-elle se conduire de la sorte? Sans fierté, ni honnêteté...

Je suis deçu de par le systeme anti-virus. la raison est qu'il m'ont débité d'un montant assez elevé (125 €) pour un anti virus en me disant d'une part que je possédais 5 ordinateurs, alors que c'est faux je n'en possède qu'un seul et d'autre part, le montant payé concernait une facture datant soit disant de 2 jours (facture du 11/01 débité sur mon compte le 13/01), facture que je n'ai jamais reçue, car bien entendu si j'avais reçu celle-ci, j'aurai annulé mon abonnement avec eux. Je vais contacté ma banque pour annuler ce paiement comme la loi me l'autorise. Je ne conseille pas cet opérateur, trop cher .

I would give zero if I could.... AV is not the best and causes issuers... BUT auto renewal I never signed up to, no prior warning.../ then a charge. No want to address as circumvents ownership......

Wurde gerade vom Anbieter um etwas mehr als 10€ abgezockt.Anstatt die ausgeschriebenen 23,??€ abzubuchen wurde mehr als 34 abgebucht.
Das ist,meiner Meinung nach,ABZOCKE.
Es sollte eigentlich strafrechtlich verfolgt werden.
Absolut unverschämt.

These ppl are scammers, they have been sending out ton of scam emails using anonymous addresses in order to lure ppl to their site to pay for their fake antivirus.

Total AV is a piece of @()%. Been trying for 10 min. to talk to a human but they don't exist. Just defaults to on line stuff. Everytime I want to go on Amazon, gmail, etc, I have to disable the VPN.? The more I read about them, the more I think they are a scam.
