Total scam!! so annoyed that I never got the weights. Don't order from them.

I ordered weights that was promoted by facebook. The package got "lost", but no tracking number could be provided and after contacting support, they told me to contact the german post office. The german post office never got such a tracking number and didn't know anything about my delivery. Willaine offered me a 10% refund if i can prove that my order got lost by the german post office. Totally scam!!

It's a scam... I have ordered weights and they never came. Than when i contacted the customer service firstly they insisted that the order was received than they finally give up and admit it wasn't delivered but be sure neither was sent. And than they say they would send be once again and they send me a package with some ugly keychain. And than they told me it was a fault but i can have and pay for it for probably the same price as the price of weights or return them on my own expense for what they will charge me 30 or 40 usd...wich is almost the price of my weights for them i paid 50 usd....

I ordered dumbells. The first time order said it was delivered but nothing came. Then contacted customer service , it takes them ages to respond . They said sorry we will send you another one. Waited one more month to receieve something like a keychain. I was so annoyed. Messaged them back to ask for my money back. The said to me sorry warehouse mistake, but if you want to keep the item you received we will send you back 10% of what you paid. And the joke keeps going ... so don't be bothered to buy from them, they are scams !!!!!!

Hello to potential victims, do not buy in this company. clearly a scam in which we fell into the "too good to be true." I would like to know if anyone knows how to report the company. not with the intention of recovering the money, that is already lost, but at least prevent these people from continuing to do the scam.

A complete scam. After not receiving my order, they agreed to send it again. I received a keychain. They now want me to "accept the replace order" or send it (the keychain) back, and in that case pay 40 usd for international transport. IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM! Please do not make my mistake.

Bought Dummbells, never received them, fraudulent tracking number. They keep asking for "proof of loss" even though that doesn't exist. I've had Canada Post tell them that they never received the parcel when it arrived in the country. Still refuse to refund.

I'm an idiot for believing in this too good to be true sale. Don't make my mistake.

Like others, I fell for a too-good-to-be-true ad for adjustable dumbbells. They took my money, including $5.90 for 4-9 day shipping, and there was an order confirmation and a status page, and a tracking number. I tracked an actual package for a month, until it was delivered...to an postal code on the literal other side of the country. I went to my local post office, where they used the tracking number to pull up a scan of the package slip, which had a completely different name and address. Not understanding how this had happened, I complained to the company via email. No response to repeated emails for weeks. Eventually responded that the package had been delivered, even though of course I provided all sorts of info including the scan of the package slip. Eventually they said they'd send me a new one, but they are refusing to provide a tracking number citing "logistical problems." It's been over two months since the original order.

Like everybody else, THIS IS A SCAM!!! Payed for it, did not get it! Fake tracking numbers, bad excuses for not deliver my goods!

Stay a million miles away from this company. Total rip off.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. been going back and forward for 15 days now trying to either get a FULL refund or proof that they “delivered” my package because I have NOT received. Gives poor excuse that their logistics is taking a loss too like I GAD about their loss when I am taking a loss. BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not become their next victim. Order made 1/17/24 and paid extra for shortest shipping timeframe.

AVOID!!!! These people are nothing but scammers. Placed an order months ago. Still arguing to get my money back as no parcel has appeared. Tracking stays delivery to my town not my address. Definite scam!!! Trying to give me a 10% refund. Absolutely disgusting.

Fraudsters...! I purchased dumbbells a month ago and they sent a fake tracking number which appears as delivered if you click on it. I tried contacting the company and they told me to call post office and check with them. Apparently post office never received anything 🙄. AVOID buying from this website.

Fraudsters. The money is received, the product is not delivered. Shows the Tracking Numbers of other products. After payment, 3 short months have passed and the goods are still not there.

Scam. Ordered, tracking number provided says it was delivered however nothing received. Contacted customer support and they said to ask post office. They will not confirm which address it was “shipped” to. When the price is too good to be true it’s typically too good to be true…

Almost certainly a scam. I placed an order for a set of adjustable dumbbells, but they were never delivered despite being given a tracking number and a claim by the delivery company that the item had been delivered. When I contacted Willaine they suggested I should "look around" the area of my block of flats to look for the package, which is an astonishing suggestion. Nothing was left with the concierge nor was any item present anywhere in the building.
After my first response suggesting they had to resolve the situation, they have not replied in over a month. I've contacted them again and received no reply. Unfortunately, social media companies don't vet their advertisers more thoroughly, so beware who you buy from.

Saw the advertisement on Facebook! Was looking for a set of weights that adjust and chose to go with this place since they were so cheap. I paid for 5-9 day shipping it has been 17 days and my package has remained in the same place. I have contacted support twice about the mater and get no answer after researching the site some more there are a lot of scamming going on with it. I don’t recommend anyone to use this site if you want good costumer support or your items in the time you’ve paid for them to arrive. Not only do they not give you the product their costumer support sucks!
