It was my very first time of sending a parcel from England to Ukraine to my parents through Ukayexpress. I’m writing this review just to tell other people who are like me, who are in doubts whether to trust this company or not. I was very doubtful at first, but I decided to try it once. I checked a few websites to find out if this company is real. And to be honest, I was very worried that my parcel wouldn’t be delivered and they are just scammers. But today in the evening, my mom has received the parcel. Right before the new year’s. I am very grateful to this company for delivering my parcel with Christmas presents to my parents. I will be definitely using this service in the future. It’s cheap, very convenient. I ordered a courier service. Thank you very much.

I have used their service to send 3 suitcases to Russia. Every time the courier did not come in the day of the pick up.
Each time I had to REBOOK.
Which is just awful service.
I was also told each time that “the courier tried to pick up but no one was home” which is BS.
So each time they argued with me that someone came except that they did not.

I tried to use their service the third time, in December 2023, but again had the same problem: NO ONE CAME TO PICK UP THE SUITCASE. And I have CCTV everywhere around the house, so I can prove that no one came.
I rebooked the delivery, and I get the same problem: NO ONE CAME to pick up the suitcase on the arranged day.

So this time I told them I expect my money back. On the phone the woman in the background was rude in Russian to me.
And so I told the man on the phone and the woman in the background, both in English and in Russian, where to shove their horrible “service”.
I will not be using this company ever again.

Very convenient, reliable and not expensive service for delivering your goods abroad. I highly recommend

I have used Ukayexpress 3 times to deliver my parcel to Moscow. Every time I was impressed how professional, skill full, knowledgeable, polite and welcoming their staff. If I had any question about preparing my parcel, I knew I could called them during day time or chat with them during out of office hours, they were always willing to help and guide. And I am sure I will keep using them again and again and I am very happy to recomend Ukayexpress to anyone who would like to to send a parcel to their family abroad.
