Lost parcel - unreliable service
Lost parcel in transition. Delayed response times and no proactive communication to help determine the location of my belongings. The parcel was collected on the 1st of September and delivered to their storage on the 4th - radio silence since then. Claimed to not have received it and spent a week asking the same questions over and over instead of filing a report for the lost parcel. Avoid.

I have just sent a parcel through Ukay…
I have just sent a parcel through Ukay Express. I had a nice experience. The assistant was human and could help me efficiently with all my questions, it was easy to contact the service. The site is easy to understand and it was easy for me to register my parcel. I ordered a pick up of my parcel from my home which was done on the selected day. I was sent a detailed email with all important information concerning the parcel and most important information was highlighted and repeated a few times. Now my parcel is on the way and I have an invoice with a tracking number and the address of the site where I can track it. I am happy with the service.

Great service - I sent 5 large parcels to Russia, which were delivered in 14 days in good condition. The online assistant of Ukay Express was very helpful and responded quickly to every question I had. Thanks to the team.
