Very good service
I used the service sixth time now. Sent a parcel to Russia Krasnodar Region. Parcel delivered in 19 days. Only a bit expensive, I think. I paid £65 for 20kg. But I can fully recommend them and will use them again. Many thanks.

Parcel delivered no problem from the UK to Ukraine
My parcel has been delivered from the UK to a village in Ukraine in about 10 days. All in great condition, no problems at all.
I had minor troubles with payment but contacted them via WhatsApp outside working hours and got an answer the next morning.
Very happy to have found this company, great service and reasonable prices. I’ll be using them again.

Excellent service! Fast and very professional. Even in tricky weather conditions and Christmas postal delays the recipient has received the parcel. Cannot thank you enough! Way better than Royal mail price wise and timewise when it comes to international deliveries.

Awful service
I hardly ever leave reviews, especially negative ones. But because the company isn't responding to my messages and pleas for action, I'm left with no choice but to get their attention this way. Thanks to a mistake made by one of their employees, my package has been aimlessly wandering around Europe for almost two months without reaching its destination. The company's staff is being unhelpful, responding with generic phrases and taking forever to reply. Trying to have a constructive conversation with them feels impossible.

A very efficient and friendly company I am still using for the couple of years.
Good service and SUPER handy staff who are ready to help you instantly with something you don’t know. They are rich for the service collection: drop-off local point or courier’s pick-up options available.
Never ever had anything bad or mess to send my parcels so I could say it’s a genuine reliable and hassle-free company. I do recommend it to everyone. Thanks a lot, UKAY XPREES GUYS!

courier picked up on time from my home, in the Christmas time the package was delivered in 30 days from Netherlands to Russia to the post office,even though the order was from door to door,the package was delivered in good condition.overall happy with the service provided.
