Customer Service.. They do not have a clue

Let me start by saying I have been a patron of Tommy Hilfiger for many years both in-store (on first name terms with the team at Bluewater until it closed), and online.
My issue is I purchased an item ordered my normal size but was way to big. I reordered a smaller size but the price had gone up (don't do exchanges) so I contacted customer service, and that's where it went downhill.
First response they hadn't bothered to read my email, sent a standard generated email. I replied accordingly, this time my email was read and basically said you have to pay the new price and we don't do exchanges. I replied asking my now complaint be escalated to a manager, same person replied with the exact same email!! I replied and finally a floor manager replied, you have to pay the price, no apologies for the previous poor service I am a Customer Service Manager for a Luxury Brand, and this is not how you treat your customers!!
I know this is just a typing exercise since they don't reply to any complaints.

Discusting company. Customer service em they have not heard of ....surprised they get any orders
Really you sign up and no discount code . They tell you 48 hours who has heard of that .
They really could not give a dam . Very rude no empathy no help no
understanding. There are better companies out there .
If you fo want TH then next do .John Lewis but personally I'm looking for another company charles Thwaite is brilliant and customer service. Go there.

Absolut unpersönlicher Kundensupport

Absolut unpersönlicher Kundensupport. Keinerlei Aftersales. Alles nur Bot gesteuert. Zudem eine Qualität die zu wünschen übrig lässt..30€ Tshirt einmal waschen und einmal tragen, Naht ist aufgegangen. Versucht umzutauschen o.ä.
Keine Möglichkeit, hab 10 Mal die selbe Nachrichten und Bilder schicken müssen, via Mail, WhatsApp und sogar per Fax. Keine Regung, jedes Mal nur etwas dazu erfunden was noch zusätzlich benötigt wird.

DO NOT ORDER FROM TOMMY

Placed an order on 23.10.2024 and the delivery times on the website says 4-5 working days. I received an email next day saying that there's a delay on their side and the shoes will be shipped on 28.10.2024. I needed the shoes for 31.10.2024 as I was going on holiday. I contacted Tommy via their live chat and was connected to an agent named Fabio.

He said they cannot do anything to speed up the delivery and that it will take 4-5 days from dispatch. I asked him to cancel the order and he said orders cannot be cancelled once placed. I have to wait until it's delivered and either decline the delivery or return it back to them.

What a waste of time, money, effort and the amount of carbon waste. This is a ridiculous company with no moral compass. Their customer service is pathetic and useless.

Awful customer service

On 3 separate occasions I ordered slim fit trousers but was sent tapered fit. On 14 June 2023 I spoke to Customer Service (case 02840355) regarding case 02795755. At that point, I had received two incorrect orders, but was apparently expected to wait indefinitely before reordering.

The adviser told me that he would contact the warehouse and ask for an update on case 02795755, and that I should respond to my refund confirmation for my third order summarising the situation, by which time the warehouse would have responded with an update.

Well, that’s what I did in my email of 21 June 2023 and 1.5 years later I never did receive an update on either case, nor a reply to my email.

Well, my update is that I bought my trousers elsewhere and haven’t bought a single Tommy Hilfiger branded item since and don’t intend to again! In case you’re wondering, Spoke sell incredibly comfortable, custom fit, smart trousers (and other items) and have a very generous returns policy as well as good customer service.

I travelled to the Knightsbridge store on 3 occasions to collect incorrect items and was only met with puzzled, confused, incompetent and unhelpful staff – equally useless!

Are they deceptively marking open cases as closed so that they don’t have to deal with them? Absolute incompetent charlatans.

Waste of money

They made an error with my order and told me to sort it out myself and after I told them it wasn't possible customer service said they would send me an email explaining what could be done which never happened. They people working for their customer service are also extremely condescending and rude.

VERY BAD COMPANY!!

VERY BAD COMPANY!!! You do not want to but anything from them. I just lost £70 as I received an empty box and they don’t want to provide a refund or replacement. It was supposed to be a present for my husband with my daughter’s pocket money. She is very upset and quite rightly. The company doesn’t take any responsibility for lost products. Really appalled by their response and lack of support! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Leider sehr schlechtes Service

Leider sehr schlechtes Service, ich habe 2 paar shorts bestellt und auch direkt bezahlt, allerdings wurde nur 1 geliefert, erstmal wußte niemand wo die 2 ist,dann stellte th fest das diese nicht geliefert werden konnte(weil keine auf Lager war)nach mehren Nachfragen ,wurde es mir mitgeteilt, das Geld zurück zu schicken hat über 1 Monat gedauert, am 3.08 hab ich bezahlt am 9.09 kamm Geld zurück, kein Entschuldigung nichts,werde da nicht mehr bestellen

Do not use! My parcel was delivered to wrong address after finally receiving them.. had to be returned no returns label! Was sent one could not print out so wrote one same address as email.. now there lost told carnt claim as didn’t use there label.. can claim of Royal Mail for £20 abso shambles’s worse customer service ever do not use!!!

Tommy Hilfiger rubber eyeglases frame lasted less than 3 years before it started cracking away and just crumbling off. They have been purchased from a Vision Express during an eyetest so thinking more expensive it's going to be better, but not in this case..Vision Express are not interested to help as they no longer sell the Brand and kept saying it passed 1 year warranty, upon contacting Tommy Hilfiger was the same-back against a brick wall too as they too not going to help not even to replace the rubber slips like i asked, instead they said i need to buy a new frame... So being prescribtion glasses, you need the same model so your lenses could fit in a new frame, but it's impossible as they don't do it..they haven't even offered a voucher towards a new frame or an eyetest again which don't need doing, but will have to now as i had to put an electric tape just to stop metal ends digging in the head.. They are home glasses to read or watch TV, chose Branded Sport design ones thinking might be durable and long lasting, but obviously not.. Save your money and choose a different Brand.

Will NOT ORDER AGAIN

Have received my order only to find a big hole in the hoody. On contacting customer services chat I was met with an obnoxious staff member who was very unhelpful and asked for a uk customer services number only to be given a number that doesn't work. I was called a liar after telling them that number does not work. I hope I receive my refund when I send my purchase back as they do not exchange otherwise I will get my credit card company to claim on my behalf. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WARN OTHERS NOT TO.

Absolutely abysmal service

I returned a pair of shoes on 29/07/2024, it is now over a month later and I still haven't received my refund. The team are USELESS and will say they escalated my issue for a refund when nothing has come through. I contacted on 3 separate occassions and they still mess up my refund! I've mentioned doing a chargeback through my bank so lets see if they work quicker when hearing that.

Tommy Hilfiger failed to fulfil my order and still have my money

I placed an order for a pair of jeans which I needed for an event. When I opened the parcel from Tommy Hilfiger they had sent a hoodie and not jeans. I contacted them the same day. I was asked to take photos of the item they had sent and an email explaining the problem. I was told it would take 2 days to resolve. Nearly a week later and I hadn't heard from them. So I contacted them again to see what had happened. They said they had not received the photos. So I have sent them again and they say it will take another 6 days to investigate. I am very unhappy about this and asked for a refund but they have refused until they have investigated. They have made an error in sending me the wrong item and I am being penalised for that. What absolutely terrible customer service. I will be telling everyone I know how badly Tommy Hilfiger have treated me. 22.8.2024 - the company now seem to be offering me a sensible solution

Worst customer service ever!!!

I recently ordered two T-shirts from their website. After removing the tags from one of them, I noticed it had a cut (no where near the tags). When I contacted customer service, I was told that the damage was my fault and that I intentionally caused the cut. Now, they’re refusing to accept any responsibility, claiming that all garments go through strict quality control (which I find hard to believe). The agent’s suggestion that I intentionally damaged the shirt is absurd, especially since I genuinely wanted it. I’m shocked that a company that prides itself on quality is refusing to take responsibility, leaving me, the customer, at a loss.

RETURNS NOT REFUNDED

My express delivery was LATE so I returned the full order over 500 GBP worth of items, only to be told 2 items were MISSING. Hillfiger refuse to refund despite having proof of the return. DO NOT order from this company, they have a theft problem.

Tommy Hilfiger staff or courier stealing clothes from returns packages!

My daughter bought two dresses from Tommy Hilfiger uk. They both arrived but they did not fit so she sent both of them back.
Tommy Hilfiger has refused to refund both items as they claim only 1 arrived. My daughter is adamant that both were sent but the package is not weighed for return and we have seen no photos of the package that arrived. Suggest they investigate their own staff for theft or their courier and not blame the customer. They should also check weight of the item that was originally posted.

Shocking service all round. Considering going to scam programmes on BBC or asking newspaper complaints column to investigate.
