Customer service is non-existent
Horrific customer service. As per the other reviews I didn’t check trustpilot before ordering because they’re such a big brand. Ordered a pair of trainers as a gift but unfortunately they’re too small. Lost the returns label (who still uses printed returns labels!!) and the function to print a new one online isn’t working. Tried the chat function multiple times and nothing happens! Says it’s passing you onto an agent and then nothing. Used the online contact form, no response. Tried calling, it said the wait time was 3-5 minutes, I’m currently at 25 mins with no answer.
Truly awful customer service
EDIT: I did eventually get through on the phone after about half an hr and they sorted it within less than a minute, Just so so frustrating that none of their online stuff is working and that they lie anout the call waiting times
EXPERIENCE WITH SHOP
I have returned items for a while and trying to get in contact with Tommy is the most difficult ever. I am on the line over 1 hour no way i can use the live chat as the bot just returns me back to the main options. USELESS.
I have then orderded another pair with different sizing been shipped over 2 weeks havent recieved yet. I am utterly disgusted knowing what brand this is. Never will use there online system.
Appalling DO NOT BUY DIRECT
Well after now waiting nearly two weeks for a parcel that appears to be stuck in the Netherlands I am appalled at how a company with such a large name and brand can have such a bad rating if I had read this before I would not of ordered of their site. It mentions nothing of shipping from overseas and quotes 4-5 days. I ordered some boots from Helly Hanson 3 days later than this order and it arrived also from their netherlands warehouse in 3 days via DHL far better than Tommy

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, I love Tommy products but after the last 2 orders i will never order anything again, how they falsely advertise delivery within 5 days is false advertising and surely illegal. I have placed over 30 orders and never once got the item within 14 days. 99% of the time, i get a generic email from saying sorry they are experiencing a large volume of orders at the minute and to expect a delay. I really dont know whats going on in their Holland headquarters , i can only assume they are all smoking copious amounts of w**d, to take 10 days to received an order to putting it in a packaging bag and posting it beckons belief. I would suggest all other users to simply vote with their feet, and simply stop ordering Tommy Products. I needed a winter jacket from HB i ordered this morning, got confirmation within 5 minutes and delivery date in 2 days, (they are based in the UK)

I wish I’d read the online reviews before I placed my order. Said 2-5 business days to be sent. I get an email 3 days later saying there had been a delay and they ‘hope’ it’ll be despatched in another 2 days. So basically, it will be nearly a week after ordering before it’s even sent. If I’d have known it’d take so long, I wouldn’t have ordered. Disappointing. Never ordered before and probably never again. Shame for such a large company.

Same as a lot of other reviews. The 'toll free' number is an international one so on mobile phones it is charged. The customer services online chat says it will transfer you to a human but then nothing happens. I've emailed several times but no reply. Trying to return a christmas present and worried the return window will run out before I ever get this sorted. Very poor service all round.

Returns are a joke
Absolutely shocking, I prefer to shopin store but no longer have a stockist in our town, so ordered on line... the box arrived damaged and torn open on one end. I purposely recorded opening it as I thought items would be missing. Luckily not, however no paperwork inside! So I contacted them to return 2 items, they said I needed the return label, I explained i didn't have one and sent pictures of box... they asked name, order No, email etc..
Then said I need another email as they cant send it to that one! The one I place my order with! I explained it don't have another email, so they said then I am unable to return as they cant send a return label to my email I placed my order with... what an absolute joke, over a week of back and forth and nothing. I can get a return label from Shein in a few seconds, yet a quality company cant!!!!
DONT BUY
I returned few items via mail, they processed only 2 out of 3 items and didn’t refund one of the items. There is no one to talk to and they don’t respond to any of my emails or phone calls. BE AWARE!
Shipped from the Netherlands!
Bought from the UK online website, only to find these are then shipped all the way from the Netherlands? Nowhere on their Delivery page does it say these are shipped from overseas - they do say delivery is about 4-5 days posting but these took over 2 weeks - by which time I’d given up and instead bought Levi jeans (which by the way are amazing). If I’d known these were shipped from overseas I wouldn’t have bothered and I’d have instead gone into the city to their shop.
As it is their leg lengths aren’t true so are far too long. Such a waste of resources all round.

I normally check all online stores on Tustpilot prior to ordering but seeing Tommy is such a big brand, I did not.. Regretting this decision. As the rest of very unhappy customers, I placed an order hoping to receive it by Xmas.. And as the rest of customers, no updates since the parcel left the warehouse. Stuck in Netherlands with no updates. Never buying from this company again, online or in store.
Update: the order got delivered on 30th December.. Needless to say, it was too late. Sent it back but a week later - still no refund and no communications from the company re: the return. Absolute shambles.

I never received a receipt for a purchase and since my credit card was not charged I purchased the product a second time. My card was charged weeks later and now I have the product twice twice. You would expect a large brand to be able to do basic processing of orders online. Customer support were useless for the whole thing
Don’t order from Tommy Hilfiger's website…
I ordered from Tommy Hilfiger's website on November 27th, 3 weeks later it still has not arrived and on the tracking it’s left the Netherlands. DHL tracking says package has left country origin on December 8th but no information after that . I contacted DHL and they said I need to contact Tommy Hilfiger and they can raise a missing parcel enquiry.
Tommy's hilfiger customer service is a disgrace, the live chat said I have to wait 2,798 minutes with not reply. Not sure what to do now
Terrible Customer Service
This is the first time I have actually written a negative review of an online vendor.
More than dissatisfied with Tommy Hilfiger Customer Service, which in my experience is non-existant.
Order placed (for Christmas gifts) on 1st December. Was notified that order was shipped on 8th December with DHL (money taken from account).
On the tracking facility it shows that it has not progressed from the Netherlands. Is it in the air or on the sea... I don't know because I have received absolutely no acknowledgement or response to my attempts to contact Tommy Hilfiger by online form and email. My attempt to chat live advised me I would be waiting 190 minutes!!
I contacted DHL, who at least replied, but outlined that I had to contact the vendor so that they could investigate!
Very frustrating not being able to get a status update or recognition of inquiries. I have to assume that the parcel with not arrive for Christmas. Very dissapointing experience overall but I've never seen such a lack of customer service. Oh and they sent me an online survey to complete re: my experience with them. I was completely honest not that it's made any difference.
Owing to this experience, it is my first and last time shopping with them online.

Bought an item on Wednesday (in the sale so practically half price) received an email 48 hours later to say it was out of stock! First of all why was I able to purchase an item you didn’t have and second of all why is it still showing as in stock currently on your website (and back at full price)

I ordered a multiple item Christmas gift for my boyfriend on 30th of November and as of today 18th of December I have not received it!
The parcel is still apparently stuck in Netherlands since 8th of December with no further updates.
I tried contacting Tommys in every possible way but getting no response whatsoever. Customer service - non existent!
Extremely disappointed in this experience and never ordering from Tommy's ever again. I was really looking forwards to these items to gift to my boyfriend and now I'll be left with no gifts as I have no hope of receiving it before Christmas!!! :((((
Faulty jeans
I was sent a pair of jeans where the 2 legs were different cuts, one wider and longer than the other. Tried emailing - nothing, whats app -- nothing, Calling but hung up after 15 mins as I doubt anyone will answer. I returned the jeans and then they deducted £20 from the refund (no idea why). Never again
