Shocking customer service and no sign of my order

Order placed an order on the 1st December. Today is the 17 of December and no sign of this order. The tracking shows that on the 8th of December it's left Netherlands and no further updates ( i don't imagine the package is mid air for the past 9 days). I'm checking the tracking app a couple of times a day and no change. Similarly to other reviews I have emailed and used chat with dhl ecommerce customer service and received responses telling me the same information that's on the tracking app which i am obviously aware of. They refused to assist me over the phone to identify where my package is and hung up on me when I told them to put me through to somebody who can locate my package. DhL stated that only the company who is bought from can contact them to locate the package and Tommy Hilfiger have not responded to any of my efforts to contact them. I have tried the chat line on tommy hilfiger and their email and no reply. The phone line doesn't work from Ireland and states the number isnt recognised. I am appalled with the customer service from both Tommy Hilfiger and DHL ecommerce and I am still none the wiser where my order is.

Almost 3 weeks delivery time so far and no communication. A disgrace

UPDATED. I have finally got through to customer service and was told that my order did go missing as part of a batch ordered at the end of november. DHL have now found the orders and have promised they will have them delivered before Christmas. Orders with the last update on the 8th of december. I HOPE THIS HELPS SOME OF YOU WAITING.

I placed an order on the 29th November for a gift for my daughter for christmas. I usually make sure to buy online for Christmas before the end of november to avoid delays. Today is the 17 of December and no sign of this order. The tracking shows that on the 8th of December it's in Holland and nothing since. I have no confidence in receiving it before Christmas. I'm checking the tracking app a couple of times a day and no change. I am so disappointed. I have emailed dhl and received an email telling me the same information that's on the tracking app it's in transit in Europe. If I don't see it soon I will have to buy another present for my daughter. I have tried the chat line on tommy hilfiger and no reply. I would not recommend buying online from tommy hilfiger. Has anyone received orders from them yet that ordered recently.

Avoid at all costs!!!
Bought something in October which was sent incorrectly. I have been thing for the past two months to get it sorted.
I have contact them via email, phone, web chat, online form and WhatsApp, and still nothing!! No one ever comes back to you.

They are fine when buying something in store, but customer service is shocking, so never buy anything online and hope you never have a problem with anything bought in store!!

I am extremely disappointed with Tommy Hilfiger’s customer support.

I contacted the online chat today with two very basic questions:
– why Klarna payment is not available, and
– why a clearly advertised 40% discount on orders over €70 was not applied to my €84 order.

I was connected to an agent but waited over 30 minutes with no response at all. No one joined the chat, no explanation, no help — nothing.

This is the first time in 4 years that I feel so disappointed with this brand. Such a level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. I have screenshots proving the waiting time and lack of response.

One star only — purely because of the total lack of respect shown to customers.

very bad conection with…

Absolutely very bad conection with costumer service estimate delivery is 3-5 working day and im waiting 20 working day and still nothing .. i was call costumer service and i was waiting on line 50min and after 50min was just turned of the line very poor service for big brand even temu and shein is better .. never ever recommend Tommy Hilfiger and never will be shopping there again my and my family ... discusting service!!!

Never Again!

I have ordered from Tommy Hilfiger's website on November 29th, and today , December 12th, I still have not received my package despite them publishing 3-5 business days on their website. I thought this was 2025 and society has progressed...I have not realized I was living in the 90s. Delivered with DHL e-commerce which , from the information found online is the cheapest courier one could possibly use. DHL tracking says package has left country origin on December 5th. No further information is provided. Called DHL, waiting time 25 minutes, at which point they picked the call and hung up on me. Tommy's hilfiger customer does not bother replying on live chat with waiting time expected '95 minutes'. They don't reply to emails so basically they have no customer support and if there are any issues you're on your own. There's no chance in the world I'm buying again from them and will not recommend to anyone else.

P.S. Why don't you take example from Amazon? You might learn how to do business and make your customers happy instead of losing them.

Ordered my parcel last Friday! Said I would receive in 4-5 days I get it’s a busy time of the year but my order is still showing and processing and the money still pending on my bank. Cannot get in touch with customer services at all! Joke of a company I will be contacting my bank to get this resolved. Never again shocking customer service

1. Poor customer service
2. Delivery time is not 3 to 5 days as advised on website. More like 14 days (but I’m still waiting 12 days later with no idea when I will receive my purchases)
3. Directors of company do not respond to customers emails.

Poor delivery times, poor company…

Ordered a Christmas present on the 2nd Dec and it still says it being processed in the warehouse. The order said it would be with me 4 to 5 days later. Received no update or a response to my attempts to contact them for an update. What a terrible customer service for a premium brand and looks like im not only one with the same issues. Really poor.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Parcel delivered by Royal Mail to wrong address. Lodged complaint to Royal Mail and have a case number which I forwarded to Tommy Hilfiger. No response from their customer services unbelievable . These are Christmas presents that have gone missing and have asked them to resend… Nothing

Unable to contact

I ordered an item 6 days ago and at the time of purchase they said 4-5 days until I'd receive the item. 6 days later it still says the item is processing in the warehouse with no updates since purchase. They do not respond to emails and on the live chat (Says I've been transferred to a live agent, 4.5 hours ago at the time of writing this). Will not be doing business again.

I have been trying Chat Service many times, very unsuccessful. Clear notification on website shows if you spend £50 or more you are entitled to free postage. I have been charged. This Company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They deserve to not exist

Sent me the wrong item and even though I have sent pictures to prove it, they are ignoring me, won’t send me a return label and being so rude and difficult. Now missed the birthday they were for. Will never shop with them again. Had to open a bank dispute

No flexibility at all with exchanges

Wouldn’t let me exchange a jump because I was 1 day outside of the 30 day return window despite the fact they are now offering 60 day returns due to Xmas period which I also missed out on. All I wanted to do was change the colour not even asking for a full refund and they were just computer says no. I won’t be buying again.

Joke

Totally disappointed with this company! I have had a pair of jeans for less than 4 months. Wore them 4 times and washed them 4 times, on a 30 wash as per label. This is also evident by the label, no wear and tear. They have lost their elasticity. Emailed them and sent them photos, to which their response was to tell me that they can't do anything as it was down to wear and tear. Total joke! I am wearing jeans from another well known brand that I bought two years ago. They will not escalate further as they have said its already been to the highest level, so I asked them for a returns label as they aren't fit for purpose, they have refused this too. Customer service is complete nonsense.
