Appalling Cuatomer Servixe

I returned an item via An Post tracking on 6/1/26 & have not received my refund to date. It is impossible to contact customer services. Email won’t send and their live chat is a joke. I have my tracking receipt from An Post but can’t get through on phone to find out when I will be refunded.

The order of a £180 jacket took 2 weeks…

The order of a £180 jacket took 2 weeks to arrive. Quality was poor and color not as illustrated or as described. I returned the jacket as instructed but no acknowledgement. Tried in vain to get through to customer services. Finally received receipt 2 weeks later. Payment for the returned item has taken another 2 weeks,the whole process taking 6 weeks.
Just ridiculous. The whole online service, purchase and return is just dreadful. Be warned.

Delayed order and no customer service

I ordered 2 boots on the 16th of January, it said delivery times were 3-5 working days, well, today is the 28th, and I still haven't received my order!! They returned the money to my account without any communicatio, and then next day took the money again and last friday I got an email saying my order was shipped but still no news, tried to contact customer service but they're usuless!!! No one respons in the chat, appaling customer service, never again buying from them.

There is no customer service…

There is no customer service whatsoever- shocking for such a large brand. As others say live chat doesn’t connect you to an advisor and the phone number is useless for uk customers.
I won’t be shopping online with them ever again.

Placed an order on 15th Jan, its now 27th and I have no idea where my order is. The Chatbot is no help. No human response either. They dont answer the phone. Terrible experience

Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever used. Calls 3 times got cut off twice after holding for 47 minutes each time. On the 3rd call now. Shocking. I won’t purchase anything from Tommy Hilfiger again. Would give zero stars if I could.

DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGRACEFUL!
I have ordered two dresses for my daughter on 14 January and received an order confirmation email for £64.
Today, on 21 January, I have tried to get in touch through the chat on their website, but no use as it doesn’t connect with the real agent.
I have also sent an email this morning and received an automated reply.
As it happens, I have also checked my bank account and low and and behold, T.H realised my funds back to me. No email, no text no warning that my order has been cancelled.
The fact that T.H. does not give a damn about customers is clear as day.

Ze leveren niet zoals beloofd

Ze leveren niet zoals beloofd. Heb de 14e januari schoenen besteld, die zouden binnen 2 tot 3 dagen worden geleverd. We zijn nu een week verder en nog steeds geen track and trace of leveringsdatum. Dit begint op oplichting te lijken en ik ga dan ook kijken of ik het geld kan laten storneren.

I was a jacket from the store, once i brought it home, saw the stitches had come out, took it back to the store the next day, bear in mind, I still had the tag on, the staff said, they cant find it on their system, my only problem was, I had got my receipt misplaced. Then they said, contact team online and they could help you further, tried to get connected online, Impossible!! then sent a email, expressing my situation, nothing could be any help! so annoyed, its been over 2-3weeks, since no response.. Really had enough to come and write a review. Need someone to get in touch!

BITTE NICHTS BESTELLEN!!! Ich hatte einen Mantel bestellt im Sale. Hat hervorragend funktioniert. Er war zu groß und ich habe ihn wieder zurück gesendet. Hab aber meine Rückzahlung noch nicht bekommen. Den selben Mantel nochmal bestellt nur in einer kleinen Größe.Ebenfalls Bezahlt und das steht seit langem auf *wird bearbeitet* und nichts passiert. Hätte ich die schlechten Bewertungen lieber vorher gelesen hätte ich niemals dort bestellt. Telefonieren bringt nichts nur Warteschleife. Live Chat funktioniert auch nicht weil es bei der Eingabe von der Emailadresse über die auch beide Mäntel bestellt wurden, immer falsche Angabe anzeigen und man kommt erst gar nicht zum Live Chat. Ich bin am überlegen ob ich das ganze meinem Rechtsanwalt übergebe. Ich bin so enttäuscht von dieser Marke. Das hätte ich niemals erwartet.

Terrible customer service.
Free number don't works. No human to speak with online chat.
Nobody reply emai.
They postponed dispatch of my order by a week, and I want to cancel my order, it is impossible. And after 10 min on a phone waiting a response the phone call was disconnected.

Zero action from TH

As per TH website Standard delivery is 3 to 5 days.
It's day 6 and my order wasn't even processed.
Does not seem like they have TH customer service reps in UK and online help is totally useless. I managed to be connected to a live agent twice, but they newer join the chat. Yesterday I was waiting for 1h 15 mins for them to join. Same today. And nothing.
I also sent an email, but no response.
It's like a ghost company that robbed me from my money and nothing else.

In addition, I can see that they do not respond to trustpilot reviews, which only confirms how bad they are, and how much they do not care.

Si è staccata la suola internamente alla scarpa e si è staccata dalla cucitura ovvero incollatura pessima esternamente. Se avessi comprato in un negozio cinese sicuramente avrebbero durato di più!

Pessima qualità, prezzo altissimo!

Unhelpful chatbot for queries

Tommy Hilfiger's UK website has an online Chat "Digital Assistant". It has multiple menu options but never the one a customer actually wants or needs when trying to nail down a delivery day. It was a frustrating experience and I gave up.

In the interests of fairness I've updated this from a 1 star rating. I ordered a jumper on the 9th Jan 2016, and received a confirmation email. Following this, the next email update was on 14th Jan to inform me it had been shipped from the Netherlands. My parcel was delivered on 17th Jan. The jumper itself is great quality, fits well and I'm delighted with it. In this case, patience is a virtue!

Shipping Issues

Everytime ive ordered standard shipping from tommy my order always goes ghost when it is supposed to be handed over from DHL to USPS whenever it ships specifically from Palmetto, GA. whenever i see that i get convinced that my package will get lost or take an additional 2 weeks longer than the projected delivery date to finally show up with no updates from shipping throughout the process. No issues like this arise from their expedited system but always with standard shipping

Absolutely horrendous customer…

Absolutely horrendous customer interactions. No response to emails, phones unanswered, online chat resolves nothing and cuts off. No return document in “squashed” shoe box. Unable to download return document from site as the delivery status hasn’t been updated still shows item in transit. Encountered exactly same experience as numerous other customers who have posted on Trustpilot.

As other people have said. No return label in box. Phone number not in use. No reply to various e-mails. Or chat.
