Manchester store
Have visited the Manchester store a few times recently and have had a great experience. The team are really friendly, Payge in particular is lovely, incredibly helpful, and very knowledgeable, with a real passion for what she does. The store is well stocked and offers a variety of brands & styles.

I purchased a Vivienne Westwood Tina tote bag, it arrived very quickly, and well packed. Bag is in better condition than described, it’s immaculate, looks brand new, and I am very pleased with it.

Scammed - pay you nothing and sell on item for triple if not more!!
Went to get my bags valued and they pay out an absolute pittance in comparison to what they sell them for. I was actually offended at the prices offered. Don't waste your time if you are looking to sell your stuff to them.
