I was under the impression the bag I purchased would be cleaned but unfortunately I was wrong. It was full of dust, debris and crumbs within the bag and old rusty coins inside each pocket.

Always exceptional to buy from!

Bought an item and was really looking…

Bought an item and was really looking forward to receiving it, only to get an email saying my refund was on the way. When I contacted them, I was told the item had been sold on the shop floor. Very disappointing and completely unreliable.

Slow, rude and poor service when selling to them

Sent an item to them after receiving a quote. 2 weeks later I sent an email for an update. Just told they are busy. Another few days later I got an email saying they are rejecting the item as they are not buying at the moment. Took another week to receive the item back. When it came back there were clear greasy finger marks. I had the item dry cleaned prior to shipping. Put in a complaint and get an email back saying it won’t be them and there is nothing they can do about it. I trade in a lot of high end clothes and this is by far my worst experience. Avoid them.

I have best bag experience been recently visiting the…

I have been recently visiting the Manchester store and have made a couple of purchases now. The staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond - it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with 2 members of staff in particular Sade and Keighton. Love this shop so much and ready for another visit and purchase hopefully soon

Takes them absolutely ages to get a…

Takes them absolutely ages to get a quote or payment. All if they reject an item, they give you zero rationale for the reason. Then you have to wait weeks to get an item back. Awful service, slow and unprofessional. Website is also awful

Good experience overall

My last experience has been a bit of a mix, but I do want to say that Jean who is an SA at Knightsbridge has been wonderful and so attentive. I was waiting for an item that was taken away from the store for some reason and he kept following up on it for me and helped me with sizing, condition, purchasing. I really appreciate the service. Overall my experience was positive as usual and Jean really did his best to smooth out the issues.

2 pairs of trainers sent off for review…

2 pairs of trainers sent off for review - Balenciaga's & Alexander McQueen's.
Sent back due to 'quality inconsistencies' and toe marks inside on both soles.
Received this morning and paperwork missing from Balenciaga box - authenticity card & paperwork from retailer they were originally purchased from. Alexander McQueen trainers have been sent back with dirty marks & scuffs over trainers which were NOT there when sent off as both pairs of trainers have been professionally cleaned. I expect to receive my trainers back in the same condition they were sent off like.
Avoid !

Waited my time

Waited my time, came from 1 hour away in Birmingham store they toke picture of the Christian Dior bag and send it to people to see at it and they gave me 700 for it, and I went home with the bag to think about it, came back to the store and said to the lady I want to sell the bag and show her the receipt the store gave me, I make a account and put all my details and bank account gave then my id etc, and then after 2-3 days they email me that that they don’t want the bag anymore it doesn’t meet the condition, could of told me first instead give me a price for it and waited so much of my time, please don’t sell your item here, bad customer service they wasted your time , I will be not coming back to sell anything
