AVOID DONT BUY.

Bought my 4 tyres (delivered from UK mainland and .co.uk)
No tyres after 2 weeks. Managed to get info. Still in Germany. Complete Joke.

Awaiting a refund.

Ordered on the 15th of March (it’s now the 7th of April) and tyres have still not been delivered. Tracking information provided was useless, DPD app on my phone says they are waiting to collect the parcel.
Tracking info from Tyre-Guru tracking info provided states tyres have been delivered.......but somewhere in Germany.
Rang them and they blame DPD but I suspect the tyres have never been shipped.
I wish I had never ordered the tyres from Tyre-Guru and am beginning to suspect it is a scam, paid for them on credit card so I should be able to get my money back.
On the 13th of April I received my refund so I have given them another star as they seem financially honourable and not a scam as I suspected. If you read old reviews they seemed very good so I don’t know where the business has gone wrong but I suspect Brexit.

Wish I had read these reviews before wasting time ordering tyres from this company. They don't tell you on their website that the company (.co.uk) is based on the Continent. Lengthy delays in delivery seem the norm. And really poor communications. I have cancelled my order and hope to obtain a refund eventually.

Ordered tyres on 3rd March, website stated availability 2-4 days, shipped 14 days later on the 17th March then when managed to track order they were stuck in customs (shipped from Germany). No mention when ordering they weren't UK based. Eventually arrived on the 30th March.

19 days and still waiting for tyres. Stuck in a german warehouse somewhere? Can't give me delivery date? Cancelled order. No doubt along wait for a refund. Avoid.

Cancelled my order as although they have a .co.uk address as far as I can tell they are based in Germany, which isnt a problem, but 5 days after placing the order it hasnt left the warehouse. Avoid for now

Ordered the tyres on the 16th with an expected delivery time of 2-4 days... However The tyres have still not arrived and "Stuck" in customs in Germany.

After contacting Tyres guru multiple times, I have been provided with conflicting information. However, it is now clear the tyres are being held in customs due to "Brexit"

This was never communicated and I still don't have an expected delivery date.

Happy to update review if @TyresGuru can provide me with a accurate delivery date

Ordered on the 11th march via mytyres.net, who passed the order to this lot.At no point was it clear order was coming tyre guru or from Germany.Still no tyre other than an email saying they have a delay for 2-3 days.Order number is not recognised by tyre guru and no tracking either.Have started a cancellation and asked paypal to step in, avoid.

Not UK based, or any UK stock. The quoted "2-4 working days" is fanciful.

I ordered 4 tyres, 24/02/21, expecting them 1st or 2nd March. Tracking on site just shows movements between German warehouses, and then stops. Made contact, but just got a "sorry, be with you Friday" (5th).

5th Comes and goes, no tyres. Now blaming DPD and customs, for up to 4-5 days delay. As of 16th March still no tyres, no DPD tracking. Useless.

Someone more cynical than myself, may think it looks like a scam: claim a GB VAT number, and a GB address, and a ".co.uk" domain, but that is just some form of service company front, offering goods from Germany. May have worked pre-brexit, but business model is now broken. Avoid.

Dont use this company. Based overseas even though they say they are a UK company. 14 days after order and still no tyre. Avoid at all costs.

Poor service no tyres, placed my order for two tyres, I was aware they would be coming from a warehouse in Germany but as I have purchased tyres that have taken this route before thought it would be fine,
Everything appeared to be going fine until my tyres arrived at customs in the Netherland, This is where they seem to be stuck with incorrect paperwork.
Been on live chat several times and they tell me my tyres are in a UK warehouse waiting for DPD to collect. DPD UK say they do not have them just an order to deliver which should of been 26.03 never happened.
DPD Germany shows tyres still stuck in customs NL.
Trying to explain this via live chat is a joke they just will not listen and change there story when I feed them more info.
I do not mind waiting for the tyres just do not like not being told the truth.
My tyres have also had 4 different tracking numbers so far not sure what all that is about, understand they may need 2 tracking numbers 1 for EU side and 1 for UK side but not 4.

Update 02.03.21: I have added a few stars to this review as my tyres have arrived today, only one day late but still the big problem is tracking not updated and customer service not much help.
The tyres are of the Quality I would expect from Nokian.
Shame about tracking and CS this review would of been 5 stars but it caused stress.

The cheapest option on the market for good tyres. Ordered pretty easy, and the delivery time was reasonable(exactly like it was mentioned on the website). Would recommend to use it to anyone. Trustful website.

Good price, no issue with customer service.
This time information about fitting station was correct. Minus star for not verify fitting prices and stations. I still see on list garage that no longer exists and price on another that 2 years ago where outdated.

I've ordered tyres from other European retailers in the past. Accepting tyres are a commodity, I purchased the lowest price on the market - Tyres Guru. The experience is then down to the their service. They confirmed receipt of order but the shipment tracking was poor. Arrived via DPD 10 days later. Advise, if you're not in a hurry for the tyres then Tyres Guru are as good as any of the other companies. Shipped to my home.

The tyres were delivered to the garage without any documentation so the garage did not know who they were for. The garage also did not know they were a tyre fitting centre for tyre guru. They also took about a week to arrive. Tyres themselves are good quality and the garage managed to fit me in quickly once I contacted them to see what had happened.

First-class service. From ordering, kept informed all the way with the tracking. Also given a one-hour time slot to deliver my tyres, and arrived on time

Excellent service can't speak highly enough everything went just as it should however if experiences Is anything to go by when using other tire Suppliers is to see how they cope with the next order which I expect to place in a few weeks time,It was my dissatisfaction and enormous price hike of a previous supplier that sent me To tire Guru,I shall be back many thanks for superb service.
