Dreadful company.. Do Not buy from them. Ordered tyre's on the 26th of June and have still not received them.. They have not replied to any of my emails and when I actually spoke to someone they just said they were held up in transit.
No regard for customer service

Ordered 4 tyres on 25th June, website stated tyres were in stock, 2-4 days delivery. On 8th July two tyres were delivered. Received no help from customer services when enquiring about the other two, kept being told "they should be with you in the next few days". On 18th July I had to contact PayPal Issues Resolution Centre to help resolve the issue of non delivery of goods by the seller. On 19th July the company replied stating the two tyres have been re-ordered and should be delivered by around 27th July, they were delivered on 29th. Without PayPal the issue would not have been resolved.

3 weeks and still waiting for tyres. Left messages with tyre guru to find out where they are but no response. Will use a uk supplier next time

Placed order 2/07, website says 3-5 working days to deliver. Then noticed small print saying that applies to 90% of orders. Fair enough. Got email 05/07 it's on the way, probably arrive 14/07. Nothing on 14th and DPD status has not moved from 06/07 so sent email for update. No response. Sent contact form 16/07 (which doesn't recognise my order ref?), no response. Got an email from them 20/07 asking how their service is. Well I've not got my tyre and you're ignoring me , so it's bad. Sent 3rd contact asking for update or refund within 48 hours. Based on my experience I'd recommend against using tyres-guru.

Well, I would say that all was excellent, but sadly have to remove 1 star for the following:
* I have checked the reviews AFTER I made a purchase and was a little bit scared with bad reviews so I have called them 1 day before my tyre suppose to be with me and confirmed that it will arrive on time.
* When on the day of arrival I called them suddenly they didn't know what exactly happening and where is the tyre
* Status on DPD has been updated only about after a week after purchase
* They may started to hustle because I threatened to cancel transaction (who knows, it may not be a case)

So in overall I have saved at least 20£ on the tyre (they had it for 122.5, but the cheapest option elsewhere was about 145). Just delivery information on their website is not accurate and they don't have exact update on delivery, otherwise better than average

This is most awful experience I have returned my order and I been calling, writing emails and been ignored by them. And still after 5 weeks trying to get my refund still nothing only when I open claim in PayPal I get money back. And still they didn't send me refund, PayPal did.

18 days wait for tyres only to be told they are held up at customs and no information when i will get them ,it doesn't say on website they will be coming from overseas and i am now driving round on illegal tyres

Had a couple of tyres of these people and was excellent, but that was pre pandemic.
Post pandemic rubbish service, advertise tyres they don,t have, allow you to purchase them; 4 days later you get an email telling you they have been delayed by 3 days, next day you get an email informing you the order has been cancelled!
4 days later I am still waiting for them to press the refund button on their PayPal account I mean it's not as if they had to wait for the tyres to come back to them...... THEY NEVER LEFT THEM!
They couldn't even offer an alternative, for my clearly odd sized tyres 205/50/17, I know.. Who keeps tyres that size?
It's not as if you decide you fancy some shiny new tyres is it, we order tyres because we NEED them, so the last thing you want is to be let down, I know this is the "new" normal substandard service and crap excuses but it really makes you not want to buy online especially from tyre guru, just don't waste your time, use black circles much better company and actually advertise tyres they have.

Absolutely abysmal..as soon as my MOT failure i was ordering they said delivery was about a week, then i had a note saying the tyre had been delivered the email gave TWO order numbers? Still no tyre after 16 days which meant to pay for another MOT and i got a tyre from a BRITISH BASED company and it was fitted then this tyre arrived out of the blue...ok i know have a spare tyre i've actually spent another £39 on. Today email arrived for non payment with a "reminder fee" of £5 i've paid the tyre minus that!!! The Order number on that email isn't recognised on their contact page....totally shambolic!! Use these people at your peril best to pay a little more from a British based company. LESSON LEARNED!

I ordered my tyres and didn’t arrive in the stated time I rung to see what happened to be told they were at customs I asked what I need to do my replay was I don’t know in every question I asked all I got was I don’t know I asked to speak with a super visor or line manger to get told they don’t have one at there call centre I said most call centre should have some to speak with or at least a call back my ex act replay was DONT BE STUPID WE ARE BASED IN GERMANY AND DONT HAVE ONE obviously little annoyed at this point as for his name etc to make a formal complete to be told that he was terminating the call good bye and hung up the line I had not been abusive in any way I then spoke with someone else to cancel my order to be told I can not cancel them as they are in transit I would have to wait till they arrived and return them back to them but they still didn’t know how long I would be waiting 10 working days later I got an email saying they had been a delay with my order and they were stuck in transit so yet again I rung them up and this time not so nice said I want to cancel my order and want a refund his replay again was FINE YOU WILL GET A EMAIL AND REFUND hung up the phone if it’s still in transit how can they refund me they couldn’t do that apparently i never give bad feedback I like to resolve by email or complaints however this is not the case and seem to not bother this is honestly the worse company I have ever dealt with

To add some balance here where there seem to be lots of impatient people:
Having read the reviews where people said the tyres take a while to arrive I placed my order for 2 tyres as I was not in a rush for them (tyres do not just wear down over night..!)
The tyres were the cheapest I could find anywhere at around £15 each cheaper than the other online tyre places I have bought from before.
I ordered on the 15th May and the tracking info updated on 19th May.
The tracking did not update again after this (even after delivery!)
I contacted the customer services on 28th May and was told DPD had informed tyres guru that they are stuck in customs and as such could take an extra 5-6 days. (Presumably this meant on top of the 2-5 days quoted on the website at point of sale)
Eventually on the 3rd of June I received an email saying they would be delivered that day. Which they were (slightly later than the time window given on the day)
So in total 13 working days for delivery.
This to me is acceptable given the low price of the tyres compared to competitors. If you are in a rush then go elsewhere.
They tyres were fine albeit two different date codes, one was week 15 2021 and the other around 6 months older at week 40 2020.

Tyres Guru is the best tyres provider in the UK. I ordered four tyres and they arrived promptly and I can definitely recommend their service as they are very professional. Thank you Tyres Guru!!!

It's a shame some people are so concerned about delivery times (COVID and Brexit have an effect).
If you want a rush job, you need to realize that few fitters will hold exactly what you want in stock.
I've used Tyres Guru several times, because they have far more choice than other suppliers, that I have tried. Plan-ahead and buy run-flats, if you can afford them, so you don't get stuck. Speaking as someone who has worked from home, since March 2019, and has driven less than 1,000 miles in that time, I have no complaints. The website is easy to use, you get detailed confirmation and the ability to track your order. Get the tyres sent directly to your chosen fitter and they call you for an appointment. It is what you make it!

When they arrived, excellent tyres and exactly as described and ordered. But as others have pointed out the site says 3-5 days delivery: FALSE Information ! They take about 2 weeks to arrive and I think that means them having no "border check problems". They are excellent tyres but allow for 2 - 3 weeks to arrive.

Waited for 10 days and canceled the order - waste of time

*** Do not use this company *** - they are not co.uk and trade out of Germany.
Their website clearly states delivery within 3-5 days - which is a lie.
3 weeks later & I am still waiting for my tyre as are many other unhappy customers.
I have given tyres-guru.co.uk a 1 because I am not aloud to score a 0.

Avoid, orderd 2 Bridgestone tyres on the 14th of March, I was told that they were shipped on the 18th of March and could take up to 5 days which was fine.
The tyres come from Germany which is not clear on the website and after calling numerous amount of times on different occasions asking when the tyres were due for delivery I had cancel the order on the 9th of April due to them taking to long. I am still awaiting a refund nearly 10 days on. Shocking service and a shocking company they lie to you, tell you that the tyres will be there tomorrow 100% and when they don’t turn up I called them to ask them where they are and was told by somebody else that they are stuck at customs.
Nobody seams to know what they are doing and are a complete waste of time.

Company not worth a penny. They mislead customers as to the date of delivery, instead of 2-4 days it is actually at least 2-6 weeks. Avoid.

Ordered 1 month ago and still no tyres. Similar experience to other reviewers with no clear picture of where the tyres are between DPD and Tyre Guru. They appear UK based and state delivery usually with 2-4 days which is completely misleading. Lack of communication, not replying to emails etc. Phoned and got stuck in a queue, selected call back but not received. Hung on another day, they said they would send me an update which then never arrived.

I suspect some of the issue is DPD however Tyre Guru should be managing this relationship and keeping the customer updated.

Wish I paid by Credit Card instead of PayPal as now going though a PayPal claim. Also a lesson not to use PayPal as your consumer protection is less then what you get paying by Credit Card.

Just a warning they operate a few other Tyre sites in addition to Tyru Guru but essentially are the same company.
