Bought 4 All Season Contact 2 Continental tyres from Mobile Mech Shop. Saved at least £25 per tyre (so £100 total saving).
Tyres arrived by DPD 3 days after ordered. Was a bit worried after reading other reviews on delivery time, but my experience was absolutely superb! Couldn’t be more impressed.

I originally ordered 2 x Goodyear winter tyres, the company also known as Delticom or Delti promptly accepted my order and took the payment a day later. This was 25th November. They then advised they were not in stock, and said it would be 10th December or sooner for delivery. On 2nd December the tracking advised that DPD had delivered, they had NOT. It was to their warehouse in Germany they said. 10th December came and went. They cancelled my order and re-ordered the same tyres again. I contacted them immediately I received this notification to cancel the order as it was too late. They advised they could not cancel the order (a call to their courier would though!), and I could only refuse delivery and arrange a return. I don’t know when they will be delivered or if I will ever receive a refund. It appears I will need to go back through my card company for a chargeback. What an awful company to deal with. Never again. One of the worst.

Very disappointed, ordered 4 winter tyres, after purchase I found out that delivery will take 12 days,(as they coming from Germany),which wasn't said before,than 12 days later only 2 of the tires arrived, other two were on separate delivery,is day 13 and I am still waiting, contact telephone numbers are AI so you can't talk to real person!, Useless! I will never use them again!

The company gave a timeline on their website for tyre availbility and delivery of 1-3 days, on the 3rd day I got a email saying part of my order couldnt be delivered. When i rang up for imformation they were unable to tell me when my delivery would be and the only answer i got was "ASAP". the only plus side was I was able to cancel there and then

DO NOT BUY TYRES USING THIS COMPANY VIA TYRES.NET. Its not in UK, my ordered tyres tracked to somewhere else in Germany then were returned to sender. I've not been able to get hold of them for a refund. Scam

I've been waiting for the tires for 20 days and they still haven't arrived. Checking the shipping, it is still in Germany. This is not an English company, it is a fake. Don't buy anything from them

Ordered complete wheels with tyres from them as have previously ordered tyres and had no problem. But now despite they processing time said 5-7 days I'm still awaiting my order to be delivered. Was making it as Christmas present but they have even failed with New Year's present. They excuse was as I have ordered complete wheels it's takes time. Despite all this it's now 21 calendar day since I placed my order and 13 working day and no even information that wheels has been shipped. Disgrace.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!!
I waited 2.5 weeks, they told me several reasons why they were late and also that they were lost at one point, DPD didn't have the parcel. I needed the tyres so asked to cancel the order. Then had to wait nearly a week for a refund and only got it as PayPal stepped in! This company are either very badly managed or scammers!! Spend a bit more and go with a reputable company!!!

Looking for tyres, website said 1-3 days delivery, placed the order, update says 14 days!! Useless!!!!

Competitive price and reasonable delivery charge to Highlands and Islands, but delivery is not quick. Worth using if you can wait a few days for delivery, in my case 14 days after order.

Best price by far on Goodyear tyres for my Land Rover but it wasn’t made clear that the tyres weren’t in stock in the UK. Delivery took 15 days from date of order which isn’t ideal but didn’t cause me major inconvenience since I didn’t need the tyres urgently. I expect most people would still buy from mobile mech if it was made clear that it would take a week or more to deliver because the prices are fantastic. A bit more transparency required but I’m happy enough.

As other reviews ridiculously long delivery times so I cancelled order which they sent confirmation email accepting with promise of full refund BUT several days later still despatched so even in the full knowledge of the circumstances a refund claim to PayPal failed as goods "delivered"!!!!!!!

I never received my order RD 44972083

When I got new tires sent to my address, they sent me a new bill a few weeks later and demaning I pay it or they will sue me.

When ordering the tyres I was unaware these tyres were coming from abroad, I am in the UK and the tyres were coming from Germany. I had a shipping No. Indicating the tyres had been shipped on the 6th Dec 2021 and were due for delivery on the 14th Dec 2021.
The tyres did not arrive so I contacted Mobile-mech who told me the tyres were in customs and therefore out of their control. I asked for a refund to which I was told a refund would only be given if I refused to take delivery of the tyres. They would then receive confirmation of this and then issue a refund. So now I am without tyres or money.
Friday 17th Dec 2021 I received an email saying the tyres would be delivered Monday 20th Dec 2021. But then Sat 18th Dec 2021 I received another email at approx 0700am saying the tyres were coming today so I waited back from going to work. The van arrived, the driver opened the back of the van and yes you guessed it, NO TYRES. The driver had scanned them on the van and forgotten to load them. The courier company was DPD and my experience with this company is already frayed, in my opinion they are truly the worst couriers. I have since called DPD and as expected they didn't have a definitive answer to what is happening next. So at this point I have no tyres, I am out of pocket and considerably late for work.
I will not be using Mobile-mech again and definitely won't recommend them or DPD to anyone.

WARNING - do not use this company if you are in any hurry to get your order.
Nowhere on their website do they say that the product is being sent from outside the UK. I have a puncture so cannot drive my car. I ordered a replacement (in fact 4 because the price was good); that was 9 days ago. Their automated service says the tyres have been delivered - they haven't. When I rang them, they said "the tyres are stuck at UK customs, it could be another week" (well no **** Sherlock - this is what happens since Brexit, so why don't you warn your potential customers??!!)
I NEED to travel next week, and it looks like I will have to buy another tyre locally if these don't arrive beforehand.
