Two winters tyres were purchased on 05/11/21, these were promised to arrive approx. 1-2 weeks later. They hadn't arrived so we contacted mobile mech shop to find out where they were, they said that they had attempted delivery but were returned to them because we weren't at home. That is rubbish, no delivery had even been attempted, no delivery note was posted etc.
They promised a refund for the tyres within 48 hours which never happened, even though they confirmed it in writing via email. We rang again to chase it up and they said that they had issued the refund but hadn't actually sent the money.. Are you kidding.
We have now had to raise a case with PayPal to get our refund back. One month it has been since raising the order. Generally when you have taken someone's money and haven't given them the goods that's called.. THEFT!

Read a lot of reviews here and elsewhere about long delivery times. Prices were best I could find and I didn't need the tyres immediately so placed the order.
Received 30th of November, 20 days after placing the order.
Would definitely buy again but only if mot in a hurry.

i ordered some tyres on the 16 nov, they arrived today 30 nov, just in time for my mot, my overall experience of the company wasn't great, i was quoted 1-3 days when i purchased the tyres, but it took about 2 weeks. upon reading the reviews after my purchase i started to notice everyone has had these issues recently with brexit, which to be fair is not their fault. my issue is the honesty of the delivery dates first quoted, the company knew there would be a delay, if you are not in a rush then its fine to wait but if you need it quickly it leaves you in a bit of a pickle.
If they had been up front from the beginning things would have been easier.

Thanks for the warning… I phoned and checked that the four Bridgestone winter tyres (£1,160) were in stock and was about to order…until I read these reviews… worried about some of the reviews, I phoned Bridgestone Tyres head office to check UK stock…only to find out they had only two of these tyres in stock…NONE in uk! and only TWO in EUROPE (Brugges)….I’ll skip winter tyres!! Thanks for your feedback folks.

Used these guys twice recently, and they were great. First order took a little longer to arrive than stated, but only by a few days, which is pretty good given the brexit/ covid issues others seem to be having.

Best price I could find, and customer service seemed OK. Not a lot to fault, other than the tracking didn't become live until it was almost delivered. Very happy

Order placed on 3/11/2021 ( order number RD 4567508 ) the delivery should be on 11/11/2021, of course, the product has not been delivered to this date. From the information obtained in DPD, the product has been registered for delivery but has not been sent by the seller. It is a scam!!!!!!! very not professional customer service. I do not recommend to anyone, I lost my money and time !!!!!!

On the whole very good. I was a little disappointed that the tyres took so long to arrive. When I chased via e-mail I got no response, however the tyres arrive one day after their eta (which I can’t complain about). Just a bit more communication and it’d be 5* all the way. Happy with tyres and they look good on the truck

Good tires, good price and good service. The only thing that delayed the order was out of their hands (5 days delay) and that is the chaotic customs arrangement at UK ports.

I ordered winter tyres X 2 -these were £200 cheaper than anywhere in the U.K. so now though I’d been had over .
I quickly emailed the company and asked where they were , they responded fast and said someone would be in contact - next day I rec a delivery date from Dpd

We rec the tyres in perfect condition - yes it took 2 weeks but I knew that when ordering - I can not fault the company .

I suppose if you want in a rush it’s a different story - make sure you read the small print and delivery and you won’t be disappointed

I have waited for a long period in the past ,but , not this time !!! . I like the fact their is no high pressure sales tyre monkey trying to sell me the highest priced tyres and reminding me of the safety aspects . Where as i can study the different advantages by the Manufacture/ Price and their coding at my leisure !!!!!

I wish I had checked with trustpilot first. Got and email saying order has already left our warehouse and is on its way to you. Yes but the warehouse is in Germany !! When I rang today the tyre is still at customs which means it could be another 2 weeks before I actually get the tyre, the fault of brexit she said. Look we all buy on price and quality but if there is no service pay the extra and buy local. FIRST and LAST time I will use them .

My experience of buying tyres from mobilemech-shop was very positive. From the start I could easily get through to customer services and check the availability of tyres I was looking for (Michelin Pilot Alpin 5) and I was told that they had plenty in stock and that it could take around 8-10 days for delivery as they are shipped from Germany. So, I ordered online and the confirmation and invoice etc followed very quickly. As others have mentioned the DPD tracking system abroad is non-existent and you only get information about the whereabouts of your tyres and the delivery date once they arrive in UK. My tyres arrived 9 days after I put the order. Checking the DOT code the tyres were manufactured a few months earlier which is great. Overall, considering the good prices and a free delivery for the 4 tyres, I am very happy with moblemech-shop.

Everything was fine and super clean.

Shocking company, don't use. Appalling customer service.

Don't touch these guys with a bargepole, claimed stock of a non existent item, then promised a future delivery and when challenged for accuracy, cancelled my order and promised a refund. A refund that was not done until Paypal case was raised since it was promised in 24 hours and 5 days later still was not refunded by Mobilemech-Shop. Refund was nly done after Paypal settled the case.

I've had to give a one star review, as Trustpilot won't let me give this shower of s**t a NO STAR review, as I would like to do.

Quite apart from the fact that the transaction completed onto a different website from where I started, with me being transferred from Tyres.net to Mobilemech-shop.co.uk which should raise alarm bells.

The tyres were showing in stock for delivery in three days, good price and so I ordered them. Luckily through Paypal, so should get my money back that way.

Several days go by, still no tyres, e-mailed repeatedly and got no response, then finally called them and was assured they were on their way and would be delivered today.

Of course, surprise, surprise, no tyres today either.

Plainly they are a scam company who don't actually supply tyres, only misery.

I’ve order tyres from them on August 12.
Four weeks later and I got no tyres. They’ve send me 1st the cancelled order then the wrong order had to cancel two orders dew to delayed delivery and still need to get my money back from them. Big big joke

Having read the reviews I was prepared for some issues, but had factored in plenty of time just in case, however they arrived only 4 of days after their "probably arrive on" date... and 2 of these were down to a delay due to DPD.
Wouldn't have any worries using again.

good service, tyres delivered a couple of days after they quoted but no probs, good tyres with a dot date for this year, happy with that, overall happy

Okay, I ordered in full knowledge of the bad reviews. I didn’t need the tyres in any hurry and quite frankly they were £30 a tyre cheaper than any other quote.
They said expected delivery 12/8/21, and DPD delivered at 7.30am on the 13/8/21.
I say that’s pretty damn good.
Tyres are latest DOT and spot on to what was requested.
One star deducted only because the tracking in next to useless-nothing after the first day acknowledgement of order.
Would use again unless for emergency tyre renewal where delivery time was vital.
