Avoid they emailed me to say I have not paid through paypal days after I ordered.
Checked paypal the money has gone out to Deltilog whoever that is.
Was confusing ordered through tyres.net assuming it was UK based then it was passed to mobilemech who also claim to be UK based but are not.
They then accused me of ordering twice days later with dire communication! One order and one paypal link to pay. Had already put in a paypal dispute when they tried to charge me twice and had no idea who had my money as dealing with too many companies and screamed scam. Starts as tyres.net then goes on 2 another 2 companies, mobilemech & deltilog is the seller on paypal.

Was in desperate need of tyres, most reputable companies ship them to you in 48 hours. Lesson learnt pay the extra tenner for a reputable Uk based tyre company instead of lost revenue.
Hopefully paypal can fix this mess and wish I'd read other reviews first.

Avoid. They ship from Germany. Everything gets delayed and cancelled. I'm still waiting for refund. I wish i checked reviews before i made an order.

Horrible service. I orered tyres over 3weeks ago and still didn’t received them. It comes up they going from Germany and “stuck” somewhere in a middle..... waste of time

As with other reviews it gives the impression of being in the UK on the website, with an address in Oxfordshire. Ordered 2 tyres a week ago and still not arrived, got DPD tracking info but it says they don't have the tyres yet. Rang them this morning and they advised the tyres will be here by 8th June, I asked if they were in the UK and she said she was in Germany but the tyres are coming from the UK warehouse but I don't believe that's true, hence such a long delivery time.

Overall good experience with Mobilemech. You have to factor in that the tyres are shipped in from overseas when placing your order so don't expect them next day. My set took 7 days to arrive after been held by DPD customs however they delivered them a few days later with no issues

Ordered Two Michelin Primacy 4 tyres. Following the delivery company website, the parcel has been delivered, but nothing received. Asked for a refund, but did not receive it. Reported to my bank as a fraud. Avoid this bunch of clowns. Use local tyre dealer instead.

Not able to contact them. Not able pay in any way. Scam.

Ordered a tyre for my camper van 2 weeks ago. Turns out it was to come from germany. Just got an email saying the order was cancelled. What a waste of time. Would definitely not reccomend.

No tyres actually in stock, everything is shipped from germany so may say 1-3 or 2-5 but you will be waiting WEEKS.

believe me when I say pay the extra £10-£20 and just get it from somewhere else

I run a tyre business and ordered 15 x tyres between the 16th March and 25th March.
It’s now the 2nd April and I’ve received no tyres, I can’t do business this way. Communication is horrendous. I’ve chased these orders numerous times to no avail.
I chased them again yesterday to be told they were going to offer me discount which they said they would email me details about and no email came.

They appear to operating under the name mytyres also. There no mention of any delays when you purchase.

It’s a scam. Waited for weeks and tyres were never delivered. Cancelled the order, received a cancellation notice but not the money. Had to claim the money back through PayPal.

AVOID this company at all cost tyres ordered payment sent and no delivery clearly the tyres were never in stock in the first place no response from telehone or email most of these online tyre companys are operated by a german company called delti.com AVOID

Order on the 10th expecting delivery with 3 working todas. It's only 7 days late now no reply to my emails and hard to reach on the phone. Horrible service. Will have to cancel after 12 days of my order and shop else where. What a time wasters. No wonder business like Amazon are putting these cowboys out of business.

Still waiting on a refund after 10 dsys .

Cost of tyres was better than anywhere else I could find on the web so very happy with that. It was easy to track through delivery status through DPD, although because they came from Germany it did take 6 days to arrive. My only negative comment was that the cost of fitting with the preferred fitting partners differed from the prices quoted on the website.
I would however use the service again.

I ordered from mobilemech.fi, /renkaat.com page summertyres. 1st of april ordered, 24th of march i got first information, that they just sent them! I tried contact to them, no any answer. Most likely i get my tyres 4th of May. Ridiculous long time really to wait.
