Tyres Guru Omdömen 

Ordered tyres and was informed they were despatched. They did not arrive on expected date. Contacted PDP and discovered house number missing from delivery data. Tyres arrived after clearing up issue. Unfortunate as previous orders good.

Brought 4 Continental all season tyres. Price was cheapest I could find. Tyres were delivered to the garage fitting the tyres by DHL from Geremany. Arrived very quickly and were exactly what was ordered. very pleased with Tyres Guru.

Ordered tyres on Sunday and said was in stock with 2-4 day delivery, tyres never arrived after 4 days so I phoned to asked and they said they would check.
Received an email saying order would be delayed by 3 days, so waited 5 more days and phoned them to be told they don't have the tyres so my ordered was cancelled...I was never told this I had to call them to find out, really bad customer service would not recommend at all.

FOUND TYRES GURU TO BE THE CHEAPEST PRICE BUT IN GERMANY . I ORDERED THEM THURSDAY MORNING AND WERE DELIVERED BY DPD SATURDAY LUNCH TIME, CRACKING SERVICE .

Really pleased with my tyres from Tyres Guru. I did a bit of research to find the best 'B' rated tyre for my budget and they provided the best price. Very quickly delivered and their communication was good. I would definitely buy from them again

I was a little sceptical to use an online tyre shop at first. I need not have worried.
The tyres I wanted were the best price available at the time. Delivery took 5 days, & that included a weekend. So would use again.

The website doesn't tell you the entire company is based in Germany, as-is the factory. I ordered a tyre from them thinking it would arrive in a couple of days. They say "fast shipping" on the site afterall. Two weeks later and nothing. I cancelled the order in the end, but then had to fight with paypal to get my money back. I finally ordered from someone actually based in the UK, and guess what....tyre came next day! I wouldn't use this company.

So I ordered some tyres from the website and came to be the wrong set. Phoned them up and they sent a replacement, again the wrong set. So I phoned them again quite frustrated and they checked warehouses for my tyre and finally I got the correct set of tyre. I was also refunded my fitting costs. Logistics could be better as they kept sending couriers to collect my tyres when they weren't ready. Overall, a shaky experience but glad I got my correct tyres.

ordered 4 tyre,s 2 delivered and 2 not they dont know why but with the courier company. hands washed if you order 4 tyres they will be sent out in 2 orders, taken a week to deliver and have failed. wont order again from/through guru especially in this day as difficult enough getting materials but if you have them in stock say you have them and not lie as i found out the orders sent out diffrent days

Great prices and good delivery from Germany.

I have used them twice now with absolutely no problems. They do bombard you with emails somewhat, but good communication is better than none.

Absolute clowns. They took nearly 2 weeks to send my tyre, then a month later sent me another which I didn't order. That was 6 months ago and have been trying to return it ever since. Now they have invoiced me for their mistake. Got on the phone to find that they are not a UK company at all despite saying they are in Witney - they are German and handle it all there!! They are threatening me with a debt collector- absolute bunch of incompetent thieves

Ordered just one tyre at a good price and was delivered very quickly. First class service.
