As advised by the member of the team you spoke to your order was dispatched on the day you placed it on a next day delivery service. As you had not received your belts the next day we re-sent them. We are pleased to hear they arrived with you safely. The original parcel has been returned to us today. Sadly, it appears the address label was damaged during transit - hence why they did not arrive with you. As a gesture of goodwill we have issued a refund on your delivery charge.

I ordered the stag lapel pin for my upcoming wedding. Came on time, even with a bank holiday to scupper postage. Nicely packaged, nice and safe. The pin looks even better in person. The pictures don't do it justice by half!

Wonderful products! I have bought the belts for the last two Christmases for my Father. He loves them and wears them everyday!
