I was notified about each step of my order progressing from it being placed, through to it being dispatched. When I received my order (on time) it was safely packaged and the quality of the goods were much, much highly quality than I expected. You really do get what you pay for. Service inadequate, but good product.
Great product, delivery time was problematic though. I paid for express/next day delivery on Friday 1.30pm as T & T requested on their website, and the 2 belts didn't arrive until Tuesday late morning. Given Covid situation, an explicit statement on their website of "no chance!" would have saved me a fiver and dashed birthday hopes for Monday latest.
