4 weeks door to door which is an amazing turnaround time, lovely to deal with too.

The price I found to be reasonable, I was £300 for a service and £15 to have the outer AR coating removed from the sapphire glass. It looks 10/10 now.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TWR to anyone, I'll certainly use them again

TWR recently did some warranty work on my Hanhart watch. The service that they provided from start to finish was exceptional. They kept me updated on progress of the work and were very polite and professional. The watch is now in perfect working order. I would highly recommend TWR.

I’ve taken my Tissot watches to TWR for quite some time now and they always provide an excellent service. They are friendly reliable and well priced. When you’ve spent good money on a watch, you really want to know you are leaving it in safe hands and this means leaving it with TWR

Excellent all round experience, great communication and service. My watch required a full service with the previous individual (pre TWR) have made a complete mess of servicing. I didn’t have TWR carry out the service initially as they were not Hanhart service agents at that point. Fortunately for me (as TWR have serviced watches for me before) they became Hanhart approved at the same time as my watch failed again. I was very happy indeed to find this out through a friend, so a phone call to Alex and my watch was booked in for a proper full service and rectification. I got the call today to say that my watch was finished so off I went to pick up from their workshops in Hullbridge. To say I was happy with the result doesn’t come close, an absolute stellar job, my watch looks completely new again. I would like to thank Alex and the whole TWR team - keep up the good work.

Excellent service from Ben recently. When my late husband’s watch stopped working I had Ben look at it. He recommended a full service and clean and ordered parts. Everyone was thoroughly respectful as the watch was highly sentimental to me and I have worn it constantly everyday since my husband’s passing.
They took excellent care and had it working and sparkling for me in 24 hours so that I wasn’t without it for too long.
I really appreciate the brilliant personal service and will not hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much.

I cannot thank Tim and Alex enough for the excellent service in giving my Breitling a much needed full overhaul, with it having completely stopped working and a refresh of the case and bracelet.
The work was completed in a very short timeframe, as I wanted the watch for a weekend away (during which I proposed to my now Fiancée).
If you need your watch serviced, repaired or refreshed, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

I wouldn't give you a job ever again, I had a perfectly good running watch when I gave it to you for a new glass because of scratches and now the thing doesn't work at all, I think your probably better working on a building site.

The watch was running excellent when I took it in and the second hand hasn't moved since I left TWRs workshop.

First time I used TWR and I would definitely use again and recommend them they are very thorough and you get what you pay for no doubt there are cheaper alternatives out there but doubt they are as thorough they cleaned and serviced my tag watch it came back as new working perfectly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great personal service with brilliant technical knowledge to back it up. When the crown thread stripped on my treasured 60's Jaeger L-C they repaired on the spot for me. Brilliant 2nd experience of TWR and equally chuffed this time round.
I will definitely go back for future services.

My Omega watch repair from TWR was, from beginning to end, Fantastic. I was in expert hands from the moment Tim picked up my watch, he was aware of the problem, ordered the part I required and it was fitted and back on my wrist after a short testing period. He also pressure tested my watch which initially failed so put that right for me, I will certainly trust these guys with my watches in the future and it's reassuring when you have somebody you can trust with an item so valuable

I sent my Sinn 142 in for a full service and refurbishment last month and received the watch back yesterday. The transformation is nothing short of miraculous! Incredible workmanship and I will definitely use them for any future work. Highly recommended.

Rolex Service: “credit where credit is due” i really feel compelled to share what a great service experience I’ve received once again from TWR. My somewhat neglected, Rolex wristwatch was loosing time, so I guessed it was ready for a service. I’d used TWR some five years previously, so they were my first port of call. From my initial inquiry, I was glad to receive prompt reply to my communication as well as welcome ’”no nonsense” fixed priced fee structure . Alex could not have been more helpful when I visited their premises to provide them with my watch .

A couple of weeks later Alex was back in touch with me to provide an update, an additional part was required and had been put on order, further mentioning there may be a slight delay. Well, I was surprised to obtain another call not more than four weeks later to say the watch was ready for collection. On collection of the watch, I was delighted as the refinished article was returned in an exemplary condition. Oh so, importantly the case and bracelet had not been over polished and still had crisp edges a true testament to the skill of their technicians. With a year’s warranty to “boot”, all I can say is I’m a very satisfied repeat customer.

In honesty, I would not hesitate to recommend using this company for luxury watch repairs and servicing. I really cannot see a reason I would go back to using an high street authorised dealer and be subjected to inflated service prices and extensive waiting times.

Took my Longines VHF into TWR due to stopped working, quick assessment which soon identified bodge job by previous battery replacement undertaken by Online provider(you would think i would learn) TWR are truly professional in the approach and level of detail and knowledge of your timepiece. just picked up and its now as good as new and refreshed and 2yr guarantee. No brainer and will be back for service of other timepieces. Well Done to the TWR TEAM

TWC recommended based on my experience.

My trusty Sinn watch after seven years was losing time and needed a service. Having not used them previously, I researched TWC and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and re-assuring response when I called.

On completion of the service my watch is keeping good time and is 'shiny' with a two year service guarantee. The price seem's fair given the expertise and parts required for a premium watch.

I will be using TWC again in the future, although not too soon assuming my watch doesn't get a bashing.

My trusty Sinn U2 suddenly just stopped so I sent it off to TWR. Within a day of receipt they phoned me to say that an internal screw had come lose and was jamming the movement. It was already fixed when they phoned me, but they did say it would probably benefit from a service within the next 18 months or so. It's a daily beater that gets absolutely no TLC from me so I just went ahead with a full service.
Arrived back promptly and they didn't charge for the initial fix. TWR are a straightforward, honest company that know what they are doing. As good as it gets these days. I will be back.

My watch was repaired following damage to the glass face and metal casing. I was amazed at the quality and speed of repair. The watch looks as good as new.
