Overall - pleased.
Ordered 3 straps, two of which were fine. The third was too big so I returned it as per emailed instructions. Received replacement with no problems though I did have to contact customer services after a 13 day wait before the return was found and a new strap posted. Overall - pleased with purchases.

Do not buy from this company. Poor customer sevice.
Bought 2 wrist straps for my Husband as a gift for Christmas, unfortunately one of the straps snapped in April.
I contacted the company who said they couldn't do anything about it as its been over a month. I haven't bought it to then expect it to break after 4 months. They were really unhelpful, not willing to replace the item which is clearly poor quality or faulty to begin with.
Poor customer service. Would not recommend

The strap was purchased in November and an issue reported in May. I'm sorry but if the strap was faulty from purchase it would have shown as such much earlier and six months is plenty of time for wear and tear to occur. Where issues arrise within the first few months we will always try to find a solution. For an item that cost less than £20, I dont think that it would be expected of any retailer to replace an item that has been used for six months.

Delivery was on time but strap feels rough and quite stiff hopefully it will soften up over time.Had nato straps from other companies and they were soft and flexible from new!!

We have many soft and flexible straps available in store. The ribbed straps are made to be durable and as such are not the softest of materials. We offer a fantastic returns policy so if you are not satisfied with a strap you can always return for a refund.
Fiddly but absolutely worth it!
Great product. Good quality and huge choice! Delivery straightforward and although fiddly to put on (most watch straps are of course) I managed no problem. My watch has been transformed back into a thing of beauty!

I really like my marine nationale
I really like my wrist envy marine national strap, but in my head it didn't go under the back of the watch. It does, so no use for my smartwatch, doh.
Ill have to put it on another watch now summer is here!

High quality without the high price tag!
I recently picked up the Sailcloth Watch Strap (22mm Black with Grey Stitching) from Wrist Envy, and I’m seriously impressed. The quality is top-notch—the material is rugged yet comfortable, and the grey stitching really makes it pop.
It feels easily comparable to "luxury" straps but at a fraction of the cost. Shipping was surprisingly fast, too. If you’re looking to refresh your watch without breaking the bank, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Missing items …
I have ordered 3 straps from them and unfortunately I have only received 2 of which one missing the deployment clasp which makes it impossible to use for me.
The strap quality feels good and the delivery time is also a bonus, placed the order on Sunday and got the package delivered on Tuesday.
Unfortunately I will have to go for a refund.

3 for 2 seemed a good offer. Ordered small leather strap but still needed to punch another hole. The metal bracelet strap was way too big. I emailed on the Monday to ask how to remove links but by Thursday evening I’d still not had a response. Bit disappointed.

Hi Marjorie, Just to confirm the size you are referring to (40mm) is the case size of the watch so ordering a larger size would mean it would not be compatible with your watch.
I see your order was placed on the 26th March and the strap was delivered on the 31st of March. A total of five days over a weekend including picking and packing. We aim for orders to be delivered in one to two working days but sometimes postage can take a day or so longer. We do also offer an upgrade for next day delivery if the item is needed fast. You are always welcome to return your order for exchange or refund if it is not suitable for your needs.

Two of the three watch straps I I ordered…
Two of the three watch straps I ordered fit my Apple Watch perfectly. The third strap(pink) does not as the middle metal piece is too big. Shame because I really like theses straps.

Great range
Ended up buying three straps as it was three for the price of two, glad I did as they are all great quality and it’s nice to be able to change things up, delivery was prompt and communication was great, no complaints here.

Everything good.
Delivery was very fast. Two days that’s all. The watch strap is wonderful. It’s my first deviation from bracelet or leather and I’m made up.
The canvas (army green) suits my Seiko Prospex Speedtimer very well and is so comfortable.
Definitely won’t be my only purchase.
