TWR WATCH REPAIRS Omdömen 

In April 2021 my Omega Seamaster was loosing time, my local Jeweler had previously suggested I use TWR as he has also used TWR before for himself and his customers so I got in touch with TWR and arranged a service and also for them to regulate the timing for my watch, I received the watch back on 24th May 2021 along with the 24 month service guarantee and was told of everything they had done and everything in the process went like clockwork "Pardon the Pun".
Then in mid June 2023 I noticed my Omega was gaining time so I contacted TWR about this and told them I was 5 to 6 weeks out of the 24 month guarantee, I was told to send it back down to them and the customer adviser said they would see what they could do as regards the price as it was out of guarantee, (approx 5 to 6 weeks) then on June 1st I got a telephone call from TWR telling me my watch had been re-serviced the timing had been regulated correctly and would I be at home so as to arrange delivery, she did not mention anything about the cost so I then asked her how much for the service and the timing adjustment and she said, there is NO cost at all the work has been done as a "Return under warranty".
What a fantastic gesture by TWR I could not believe it, it just goes to prove that they are a very good and reputable company. I don't normally write reviews but after the way TWR have treated me I thought it only right that I should let people know how good TWR treat its customers.

Excellent support, communication, and highest quality service from TWR. They serviced my Sinn U2 and everything was returned perfect. They were recommended by Sinn, and Alex from TWR provided excellent support and trust with my watch. She helped tailor a plan to what I wanted done and returned it on the promised day. I found my Sinn U50 to be running fast. TWR are the nominated warranty repairers for Sinn in the UK. I contacted them by phone and had a friendly conversation about the issue and how to send the watch. Next day I got a call back confirming receipt. A few days later another call to say it had been regulated and would be returned the next day. It arrived nicely wrapped and safely packaged. It now runs at around -4s per day, which is better than some of my so called "premium" Swiss watches

My watch was completely refurbished and repaired so happy as it is sentimental to me. I can wear it again and feel my sister is with me.It looks new again. Lovely friendly happy people who work there. I’m taking another watch to them. So pleased 😀

Having struggled to get my son in laws Omega seamaster repaired without taking out a economic mortgage, TWR wee recommended to me. From the outset they were helpful and friendly and efficient. They are the dogs dangly bits. The watch was returned fully repaired in a smart Omega case. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I booked my beloved watch in for a service and was given concise, clear information about the process and timescale and was informed that NO additional work would be undertaken without consent.

Alex, the lady who dealt with my enquiry and who received (and returned) my watch, was totally professional and is an excellent ambassador for the company, but credit must be given to the highly-skilled technicians, too!

The watch was serviced on time (pardon the pun) and was beautifully presented in a maker's box with a two-year guarantee.

I couldn't have asked for better service, nor better craftsmanship. Thank you, TWR!!

Sent the watch to company TWR and they advised that they had recieved it ok.They advised price and time repair would take.It came back within timescale and looked excellent.very happy with the result and very impressed with the company.will definately use them again if necessary.

Always a bit of a worry when sending an expensive watch of for a service but after talking to TWR on the phone I was more than happy to post. Had an old Seiko that fell apart thanks to a loose pin in the strap. Not a big money spinner for them but never the less, they were happy to help out. The parts were no longer available so with some imagination and good craftsmanship, the watch was fixed perfectly and for a very fair price. Many thanks to everyone at TWR and will definitely recommend.

I recently sent my Rolex datejust watch to TWR for repair and service on the recommendation of my local jeweller.
It hadn’t been working for a couple of years and I really missed wearing it but I have to admit I was wary of sending it away.
From my initial contact with TWR, the staff were so helpful and reassuring, even giving advice on packaging etc for postage.
Once received they did a thorough examination and contacted me with an estimate for repair and service, ( which I felt was very reasonable).
The most important thing was they gave me a realistic timescale for completion.
My watch was returned to me last week, just in time for Xmas. It came complete with the old broken parts which had been replaced a 12 month guarantee and gleaming like new.
I am absolutely thrilled with the service I have received from TWR throughout and especially thrilled to have my treasured watch back on my wrist where it belongs, gleaming and keeping perfect time.

I experienced excellent service from TWR watch repairs, they are a very professional and friendly company that I would recommend to friends and family.

Did a great job servicing my Sinn watch. Now keeps perfect time. Good turnaround and communication. Would certainly recommend TWR and will use them again.

TWR have been excellent. After 16 years of serious abuse my watch was looking very sorry for itself and clearly needed a tickle. I dropped it in, they assessed it and gave me a clear understanding of what was required, and if anything changed they were straight on the telephone. The watch looks amazing, I would strongly recommend them. Their staff are friendly and pleasant to talk to and throughout the whole process I felt I was in the hands of competent professionals.

When the Sellita SW200-1 movement in my Sinn U1 suffered (in my mind's eye) a catastophic ejection of it's winding mechanism, I was distraught, but the power of the internet led me to TWR. A UK based official Sinn warranty and service centre. That discovery calmed me down somewhat, I didn't have time to visit Sinn in Germany and was reluctant to post my watch abroad. An initial telephone call with Alex took all my watch stress away. The stricken watch was posted off and with full communication from TWR was repaired and returned far quicker than I could have expected. Thanks to TWR my U1 is once again in my watch Top Twenty!

I bought my 'Tutima Military Chronograph,' in Germany, over 35 years ago and since then used it virtually every day. It needed servicing and TWR were identified through Tutima in Germany. I took it personally to TWR. At the reception I was met by Alex who was knowledgable and enthusiastic and she clearly took a very personal interest in her work. I was also able to discuss the proposed work with the watchmaker. A full service, new hands and gentle sandblasting of the case and strap was agreed. On subsequent collection of my watch I was really impressed. My watch looked brand new, as it had on the day I bought it. It was like having an old friend back. The watch now works perfectly and they clearly did a first class job. Worth every penny. I would highly recommend TWR Watch Repairs.
