I was informed that my car insurance was being transferred to Lloyds so contacted my previous which was Halifax they explained the situation and gave me Lloyds contact number, the lady there was absolutely wonderful and communicated that was so easy to follow hence I decided to go with Lloyd instead of changing

Why are you asking? I cancelled this policy! Earlier in the year I tried to add a third driver as we are arranging a two month home swap with friends in New Zealand. You were unable to accommodate. I Ă m therefore forced to seek an alternative provider.
