I have had an incredible experience with TurnBlack. The quality of the products is beyond belief. I am delighted with what I received and will certainly buy from them again. The delivery was also speedy. The brand is reliable and high quality. I can highly recommend it.

At first I was sceptical to order based on the reviews here. However, I loved the articles that I ordered, as well as the packagin! The materials of the articles were as advertised.
Customer service were response.
They even offered me a 10 percent discount on my next order if I post a picture for review, which I intend to do.
The only downside is that they refused to pay for customs charges which should have been included in the covered delivery fees. When delivery fees are covered, all fees associated with that should be covered.

I've bought about 6 dresses from Turn Black and I love them all. Quality is great and I love the neutrality of their beautiful black garments.

I am so glad I discovered this amazing company! From their ethics to their gorgeous designs, I am in love! The customer service is top notch and quick to respond to my questions. I have bought two dresses and they have both become immediate staples in my everyday wardrobe. Turn Black clothes make my body feel comfortable and free, while looking incredibly chic and stylish. I love that they are made to fit every body type, and are clothes that you can live in, eat in, and feel good in. I highly recommend this company and their wonderful products!

Absolutely fantastic store excellent clothes and amazing story. I have purchased 6 items and all of them are incredible. My favourite is the Zeus Kurta. The customer service is also fantastic! Thoroughly recommend them I’m a customer for life!

Been waiting for my ordre for about 3 month! Asking for my money back, nothing happens..

Until now, I'm very happy with my purchases. Over the last year, I purchased some different clothes and a throw blanket and I'm very satisfied.
The texture of the articles are great and I used more often the customisation. The clothes always fits perfectly.
The employees of the chat box are always helpful and patient. They answer all questions and are very nice.
I really appreciate it, that the items are not unnecessary wrapped in tons of plastic and paper. They're savely enough packed and if the items allow it, in a very nice cotton bag that I use for grocery shopping.
I always have to pay custom duties, but I order from Germany and I think, the sum of twenty euro are decent.
All in all, I'm very happy until now and would recommend turn black.

The quality of the product is excellent. The delivery process had an issue mainly because of my fault, but Turnblack was in contact so everything was resolved. I would definitely buy more products from Turnblack.

Supreme quality of fabric in each and every product. The designs are inclusive of all body sizes. turnblack is making wonderful products here for everyone. I personally look forward to every new collection! ♥️

Untrue about who they are as a brand. Weird how they only allow 5 star reviews on their website. Products got faded after 2 washes. Find better 'ethical' brands to shop from

I purchased clothing from turnblack three times. Every piece I’ve bought has blown me away in quality. I will have these clothes for a lifetime and maybe these will be vintage items for my nieces one day. Truly timeless.

I have ordered several dresses from TurnBlack and have been really happy with every single one of them! I have used the custom sizing option as I am a bit larger than their largest standard size, and everything has fit really well.

I do find that orders can take a while to arrive - the last order took over a month - because I live in Canada. However, I have always been happy with the products once I have received them.

Love this company's minimal waste packaging and fast delivery! Their fabrics are durable and a variety of designs to choose from.

I have ordered a slip dress and a black shirt from turnblack and both have quickly become my favourite. The fabric is amazing , fit is perfect. It makes me look crisp and smart. I am definitely gonna come back for more

I bought this beautiful moondance dress for a big event and I received so many compliments. The workmanship is extraordinarily good and the quality of the material stunning. It fitted me very well. Hence I just bought a couple of more dresses today and made a mistake during my order (bought one dress twice). So I used the chat function and was helped immediately. I am really very happy about quality of the goods and the service!

i've made 2 orders so far and i've been pleased with both. i really like the linen for both the structured and drapey pieces i've worn (haven't tried other fabrics yet so can't speak to those). i love the feel of it and everything i've tried has been really comfortable, i like how it moves. i would caution people to make sure they read the care instructions - the dye does bleed a little on the first wash, and linen will shrink in the dryer (i know that can be a bit of a transition if you aren't used to natural fibres).

they've got some very classic pieces and some that are quite unique. a lot of the ones i got are pretty versatile, you can style them really casually or for dressy events.

i've been trying to buy clothes that will still work with my body even as my size changes a little, and it seems like they have a lot of items that can accommodate that. only one pair of pants i've ordered hasn't been a *perfect* fit, but the tailoring on them is such that i could take them in or out a little if i needed.

i've only had to interact with customer service once for something very minor (issue with making a profile), so i can't speak much on that other than they replied within 24 hours and dealt with it. shipping to canada was quicker than i expected (duty was around $30, i know not in the company's control but still good to know).

one thing i'd note: though the models on the website are often listed as 5'10", i've found it best to get pants and dresses a few inches longer (i'm 5'7"), especially if they're cropped or a short hemline.

i chronically wear black clothes, so i will buy again in the future.
