My items arrived and immediately became my favourite clothes that I will have for a long time!

I appreciate the extra effort to send them all the way to NZ. They are the clothes of my dreams for many years so I’m sure I will be adding to my Turn Black collection.

The shirt made from scraps is a masterpiece - I love it and have had many compliments on it already. The craftsmanship and fabric quality are both beautiful. The option to have things made to my measurements is particularly nice as they fit so well, which I often have struggled with getting shirts that fit my shape. The service was really prompt and helpful too.

The Turnblack company from India Is one of the best companies from overseas. The people in Customer Service are very experienced and polite. They were able to solve my issues regarding my clothing sizes, even though I made the mistake on the sizes. I will buy from them over and over again with no doubt

Vêtement de bonne qualité. Envoi rapide et soigné.
Par contre le site ne précise pas que des taxes de douanes viennent s’ajouter au prix. C’est en plus de transporteur DHL express qui demande le paiement. C’est moyen car du coup cela augmente encore le prix. Les frais de port son assez élevés, 15 euros.
Dommage car les articles sont vraiment bien . Du coup je ne pense pas renouveler l’expérience.

I purchased two pairs of pants that were on sale (I still paid over $120 each). Both were supposed to be 28" waist one came in at 26" and the other at 27". When I requested a return they told me that sale items are not eligible for return. However, this is not clearly stated anywhere along the checkout process. Their customer service is abysmal and they are disingenuous. I had to go to my bank and claim fraud, which my bank agreed on and returned my money. I would never order anything from this company again.

I have ordered several pieces from TurnBlack over the past years. Their quality is superb and designs are timeless and I'm so glad this is a brand I can trust to make clothes I'll be keeping for a long time. Thank you!

TurnBlack is my favourite clothing shop. I love the simplicity of everything being black, I love that they do custom fittings and I love the fabrics they use.

I have made multiple orders now and I’m never disappointed.

I live in Sweden and have just received my 3rd order from TurnBlack. I saw the Dahlia dress on Instagram and was enchanted --- then I bought a top, a robe and now their little black dress. Everything has arrived quickly and safely. This time, I had my first issue with an order. The dress was much smaller than the size stated online. I though perhaps it had been mislabelled and e-mailed TurnBlack. I returned the dress and quickly got a replacement, sewn according to my measurements. So, customer service was great too. Quality is great and I love that the company seems to genuinely care about employees and the environment too, as well as their customers.

For a business that is not Myntra sized, their service sure surpasses the same comfort offered by the Myntras.
There are there to answer calls, offer alterations and provide deliveries on a timely manner. Archana is polite and very responsive:) I have purchased 3 pieces and will come back for more. Thank you!

I love everything I have from Turn Black (so far I have the Reborn in Black dress, Stella crop top and Aine dress). Everything is constructed with care using good quality fabric and has a beautiful flow and fit. I recieved my order pretty promptly to Oman too. I'm a black lover and this has now become one of my favourite places to shop. Personally, I can only afford the prices during the sale seasons but I definitely see the value in their quality as opposed to careless mass produced stuff.

Just received the lush pants, sleeveless wrap dress and other small tunic dress. I could not be more happy with my purchase! Fit is perfect and the quality is next level. Simply gorgeous clothing. The service and delivery was also amazing. Thank you Turn Black!!

Hi, I discovered Turn Black this year and I am so happy to having found it. I am literally an addict to their apparels. Their dresses, trousers ans tops are simply fabulous. From the quality of loom, to fall, to fit - everything is simply amazing. It defines class and subdued fashion. In love with TurnBlack. Looking forward for more purchases.. yay

I bought the Sakura Sleeveless Wrap Dress and loved it, so much so that I am wore it to work the very next day from the day I received it. I sized up when I was buying the dress, and when I opened it, I thought that it might be a little too big for me. But the dress construction, especially the well-made dress ties allowed me to size it down. It draped so well and special love for the roomy pockets. I have bought a black dress after a very long time, although black is always assumed to be such a forgiving colour. But black can become so monotonous, so easily. But Turn Black has managed to overcome that, and there is an almost monk-like aesthetic to the dress. I kind of found it comforting.

I am extremely happy with the La Luna dress. It feels great to wear it thanks to the beautiful fabric. I had a minor fitting issue which the Turn Black team addressed promptly and offered free alteration that's also months after the purchase. I haven't witnessed this kind of after sale service anywhere else. Kudos to the team and their efforts and the lovely designs! Will definitely go back and buy more!

I always had my eyes on the exquisite dresses by Turn Black standing out amidst an ocean of clothing brands. Finally I made my purchase of the Black Dahlia dress and I fell in love with it. Starting from the design to fabric, fit and overall look everything has been thoughtfully done. I’m also blown away by the versatility of this dress that can of course be worn for a night out or a quite night in with wine and dinner or even a early morning boat ride at a serene lake. Super happy with my purchase :)

I bought a wrap dress and a top a few weeks ago. I'm so impressed with the fabric's texture, the quality and finish of their products. For me, it seems every detail is carefully done. I'm more used to buying clothes from big retail companies - where the clothes' finish is frequently a bit sloppy - so I'm amazed by how beautiful and well-done the TurnBlack clothes are. Looking forward to buying the next one!

I should've ordered size as it came in and tailored later. I ended up putting my measurements (self measured) in the notes. It did come tailored to the measurements provided but it was tight on the crotch and hemmed shorter than I would have liked- my bad though. Thankfully linen loosens up with wear so they are slowly fitting me better and there was fabric for me to let out on leg hem. Def recommend handwash only and line dry! Mine did not have care tags. They are beautiful but I would not gamble on ordering if wanting something quick (I'm pretty sure it says it on the website when I ordered but handmade does mean 2-4 week tat if you're not used to buying handmade) and I would not recommend you keeping having return/refunds as an option.

I hope to write a better review in the future, but right now its been over a month and I'm getting no response on when my order is shipping. So, they have my money, but I don't have my order or any idea if/when it will ever be shipped.
