I bought the POETIC BLACK LONG SLEEVE TOP and I love so much the quality of the cotton popeline. As an architect I love to wear black so Turn Black is my reference now :)

Loved the fit and the quality of the dress. Super flattering.

I've purchased three tote bags, the Quasar dress and the Zenith Coord. The material is incredible. Durable, sturdy, surprisingly comfortable despite the thickness of the cloth. I never miss the opportunity to buy stuff during their 40%/50% sale. They are also great with their customizations albeit it takes a while for the items to be shipped.

This is my first order with Turnblack and they have been amazingly helpful since I ordered, and helped me get the right measurements for them. The Nuit d'Amour dress fits perfectly and is exactly the length I need, and the Black Dahlia dress is also incredible. Both dresses are so comfy, the fabric is soft and breathable and they're both so well made it's really raised the standards I expect from clothing stores. Shipping was also very quick - from ordering to receiving it took less about nine days.

I have over 15 pieces from TurnBlack. The first that I bought was the Dahlia dress which kept popping up on my Instagram. I fell in love with the brand from that moment and I have never looked back. I have bought multiple pants, tops and dresses and have had them all customised. They even called me to ask for additional measurements to make sure the pieces were perfect. There have only been two instances when the pieces didn't work for me, but I think I did my measurement wrong that time and I can't fault them for that. The customer service is very good. Many times the items arrive so quickly I wondered if they had the pieces already ready in my very unusual size (haha). they've also been super nice by giving me a tote bag with a large order. I like the products, I love their fabrics and style. I have recommended them to multiple people and most of the time people ask me where I got my clothes and I am thrilled to tell people about them. My items have always arrived well-packaged and crisp. All in all, I am happy to continue supporting this wonderful size-inclusive brand. I only wish you have more color options so I can have my favourite pieces in all colours!

Alterations were free. If you get something altered, make sure it's what you want. No returns on alterations.

The dress is light and pretty. Something that we've been seeking for a long time.

I received my coat in time, I'm very happy with it and about to order news items and clothes, the quality and styles are all I was looking for, I'm struggling to choose between all the product as I would like to dress only with it !

This is not mentioned anywhere on their website but that means you have to pay additional customs fees as well!

The invoice also has additional terms and conditions that were not explicitly mentioned during the ordering process including non-refund of goods on international orders.

I absolutely LOVE Turnblack. Their fabric is lovely, and all that I've bought from them has been very well made. I've never had clothing fit so well, and that I ordered this online without trying anything on is remarkable. Highly recommend this brand!

I recently made my third purchase from Turn Black, and I have to say that I've had a great experience so far. I'm 5'2, so I've ask them for an alteration each time, and every item has come back perfectly tailored/altered. In India, at least, they are among the very few sustainable brands that alter/tailor clothes according to your specs without charge, use a mix of interesting textiles, and are more or less affordable. I will purchase again and I hope the good experience will continue.

I've ordered three pieces from TurnBlack and I'm in love with their clothes. The quality is excellent; the feel and the fall of the fabric is flattering and customer service was a pleasure to deal with.

The best black fabric I have ever seen even after washing. I wish there was a shop in Italy so I could try and buy all their items.

I came across Turnblack back in 2021 and have since purchased two dresses, one pant and one skirt and you cant even believe curtains.

Not only the products have stood the test of times and remained black as they first came to me, they have also been my staples for any day to day to special occasions I do.

If you ever were a black is my staple colour person, you would know black fades, it becomes grey, but not these.

Also on a side note, I lost a belt for one of my wrap dresses and turnblack was happy to replace it for me free of charge. So they have good customer service also.

So I had to pay more than 100€ for the custom office

Commande expédiée rapidement (une semaine) pour venir d’Inde avec les douanes etc.. c’est rapide, articles très bien emballés et paquet soigné, les robes sont de toute beauté d’un beau tissu et d’un beau noir , la qualité est au rendez-vous, je suis très satisfaite de mon achat.
Frais de douanes élevés cependant… réclamés par la société de transport très rapide elle aussi …

The quality of this dress in out of this world, Indian craftsmanship is really unparalleled.
They shipped in a week to Belgium. Of course customs was expensive - But it is to be expected when you order from abroad.
I would definitely order from them again!

I love the dress and top I ordered but 2 weeks after delivery I have now received a bill from Fedex of £50.64 so it has turned out to be a costly mistake. Note to self find out first where goods are being shipped from

I bought several items from TurnBlack. They are perfect. I wanted to wait a bit to write my review because I wanted to see if they would last in time and they are absolutely marvellous. I am delighted.

This is the most terrible, horrible, disgusting scammer ever.

Bought a dress for € 225,- (in their sale section!), had to pay € 105,- for customs.
I refused and ordered DHL te return the package, even before it reached me. Informed Turn Black ‘customer service’ about it by mail. They forced me to pay the customs fee or else they would let customs destroy the dress and no refund for me.
So I payed the customs fee and told them I would return the dress so they could refund my payment.
The answered that they do not accept the returned dress because it was on sale…

I now payed € 330,- for this dress.

I’m going to take action against them. This is just nothing more than theft.

The clothes are very well-tailored, well well-finished, and the shopping assistant made every effort to alter the fitting according to my exact measurements. All this was done in a relaxed, calm and efficient environment at the shop. The clothes were delivered to my address before time! Overall, this company can be trusted to deliver excellent quality every time. Will definitely shop with them again.
