Really good website with all the…
Really good website with all the different size boxes, all the dimensions and a video guide about each one. I started a new job this week and it was delivered on site in London. I went for the Mega box. It suits my needs on this job perfectly. It's really well made. Highly recommend them and I would definitely use Tuffboxes again.

Tidy quality
Great box. Very secure. Good delivery. Would be 5 stars but the 2 locks have 2 different keys. Shame. I have to fiddle about with both keys.

Hi Graham - After several delivery attempts, on this occasion, FedEx did not meet our expectations. We continually evaluate our couriers and have noted the issues for our continuous review and development process.
Website a little confusing product ok but not perfect.
Firstly when you place an order on their website for delivery it asks you for a collection day which is a bit odd. Item turned up on the day i put which left me wondering if I could have had it sooner. Secondly the box turned up and their name plate had been riveted on the wrong way which looked odd. I raised this with Tuffboxes they did offer to take it back and correct it but I needed to use it so done the job myself, Would have been good if they have offered a gesture of good will especially as they have since sent out an email offering discount for me or a friend on the next purchase. lastly the handles on each side are not fit for purpose as your hands just slip out when you try to lift the box. Other than this box is well made.

Thank you, Nigel, for your review for your recent Tuffbox order.
We're pleased your box arrived on your chosen date. We offer a pre-chosen delivery day to enable a smoother service for our tradesmen who need to arrange for a person to sign for the delivery.
We can only apologise again that the name plate miss position was not spotted during our QA process before delivery, and happy to see you were able to swiftly rectify the issue. Our team will be reviewing our QA checklist to assure this issue doesn’t happy in the future.
We've passed your feedback about the handles to our development team for their next review process, where we value all product development insights and suggestions from customers.
Great quality
Great quality, great instructions even though the small amount of assembly is easy. All parts were present and the product Finnish is top notch. Will definitely buy again
