Well Made for a budget tool box would benefit from being made from thicker material Handles are a bit flimsy but functional

Thank you for your review. We’re delighted to hear you’re happy with the product, price and service. We appreciate the positive feedback.
Good strong box delivery was shocking was dumped on the drive with no card or knock on the door. Would be better if the locks where paired rather than two different keys and would be better if you could remove the keys once the lock is opened unlocked.

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear you’re happy with the strength of your TUFFBOX, but we’re sorry about the delivery experience — it should have been handled better, and we’ll pass this on to our courier.
Regarding the locks, paired disc locks are something we’ve explored, but they add a significant cost, and we want to keep TUFFBOXES at the best balance of quality and value. We also use key-retaining locks intentionally, as they ensure the box is always secured when closed. Even with paired locks, you would still need two keys to open both sides, so this approach helps maintain security without increasing the price.
We appreciate your feedback — it genuinely helps us improve.
Only one thing to point out. Disc locks need to be paired (keys)

Thank you for your feedback, it’s really appreciated. Paired disc locks are something we have looked into, but they add a significant cost, and we want to keep the Tuffboxes at the best balance of quality and value.
We also chose key-retaining locks specifically because they make sure the box is always secured when closed. With this type of lock, two keys would still be needed to open both sides, even if they were paired. It’s a small trade-off, but one that helps us keep the product both secure and affordable.
Very happy with the service, easy to order, track and delivered in good time. Second order placed for this item. Good value for money

Super quick service and top quality box delivered a couple of days after ordering
Good, solid, ergonomic. Would have been better if locks were keyed alike.
Solid, well-engineered, looks great too!

Brilliant storage container for all power tools.only let down ws the quality of the locks, the key bend very easily so have since upgraded the locks to van vault locks apart from that brilliant value for the money

Great product at a great price. Only, marked down due to having separate keys for each lock, for me it would be much better with 1 key for both locks. Also the locks are a little rough in operation.

The box itself is excellent. Solid build quality and great locks. However, the wheel option is where it falls down. The supplied wheels are no where near substantial enough for what the box will hold. I wouldn't mind if they were a little bit weaker but the supplied casters don't even come close. One didn't make it out of the work shop, then two more were destroyed in transit and the final one broke on unloading. maybe its a price thing but if a box can hold a certain weight, then so should the wheels.

Telephone customers service were useless No fixing points on box to divide to floor or wall/van. They didn’t really understand why I’d wanted to fix the box down ?? The keys have to remain in the locks once open. I’m sure one will get bent and snap when loading/unloading box Size of box is great, built well
