Trying to claim refund for flights due to my wifes mother passing away. Following 4 months of comunications and passing requested doccumetation they have closed the case unresolved saying they need more documents but not specifying what.
Customer services un reachable No telephone number available, Messaging service not working and my e mails returned undeliverable.
I think I have been blocked

Storniert rechtzeitig, nur KI antwortet und keine Stornierung passiert.

Und trotz über 100 Mails, warte ich auf mein Geld.

Kiwi.com is an absolute scam. The airline canceled my flight, and instead of refunding the 400€ I was owed, Kiwi.com refunded me only 10€. There is basically no real customer support either — only useless chat bots that keep sending automated replies and never solve anything. They take your money quickly, but when there’s a problem, you’re completely on your own. I strongly recommend avoiding Kiwi.com unless you want to risk losing your money and dealing with endless frustration.

Gebuchter Flug existierten nicht, Anschlussflüge verpasst. Bis zum Schluss wurde von Kiwi behauptet, dass der Flug existiert und bestätigt wurde (online, per Mail und am Telefon). Keinerlei Information vorab. Sogar Lufthansa war überrascht. Kundenservice Katastrophe. Falsche Informationen. Man wird nicht zum Manager verbunden obwohl man es verlangt. Person spricht Englisch mit extremen indischen Dialekt und geht nicht auf unsere Fragen ein. Unsere Empfehlung: Bucht auf keinen Fall über Kiwi.de !!! Wir müssen jetzt durch Deutschland reisen um alternative Flüge nach Vietnam zu buchen. Flitterwochen fangen schon mal top an.

Flug wurde storniert, bekomme keine Rückerstattung. Am Ende hatte ich doppelte Kosten. Betrug!

I lamost finished my ticket buy, was putting through the bank details when they raised the value..... Sure they "they are as shocked as me" pops up in the message box..... no real benefits to book with them + this....

Ich möchte meine Erfahrung mit Kiwi.com mit euch teilen. Diese Website ist betrügerisch und unseriös. Man bucht einen Flug und bezahlt, aber wenn der Flug storniert wird, bekommt man kein Geld zurück. Der Kundenservice besteht praktisch nur aus einem Bot und reagiert überhaupt nicht hilfreich. Bitte passt auf und kauft keine Flugtickets über diese Seite.

Von Hannover nach Malta und zurück gebuchte Flüge wurden ohne Mitteilung und Begründung von Kiwi.com storniert. Unsere Anfragen wurden bisher nicht beantwortet. Besser Finger weg..............

Kiwi informierte mich erst so spät über den online Check- In für einen Flug mit Eurowings, als dieser schon geschlossen war. Ich erhielt also keine Bordkarte vorab und konnte meinen Anschlussflug nicht wahrnehmen. Ich musste einen neuen Flug buchen.
Meine aufwändig und detailliert formulierte Beschwerde versandete in der virtuellen Wüste: "Wir können Ihre Anfrage nicht finden".
Eurowings versicherte mir, dass Kiwi mich falsch informiert habe.
Sososo ärgerlich, frustrierend und verächtlicher Umgang mit Kunden. Nie wieder.

Koffer wurde nicht gebucht, mussten beim Checkin es extra bezahlen, und Kiwi weigert sich es zurückzuerstatten.

Even though I canceled my flight ticket immediately on the day I paid for it on Kiwi.com, my refund is not being processed normally.

Since it was canceled immediately after the purchase, it is generally considered that a full refund is possible, and we contacted the customer center about this, but no clear guidance or resolution was made.

In particular, the response that the review must be deleted or modified to proceed with the refund feels very unfair from the consumer's point of view. This seems to be a conditional response rather than a normal refund process, and it is a part that greatly undermines trust.

We would like to ask you to formally inform us of the current situation with clear refund criteria and handling, and to make a fair refund. If necessary, we will also contact the relevant agencies.
