Very straightforward process

I have never made a claim before, so had no idea about the process. It was so straight forward. I answered the questions asked and provided the pictures required, and you made a very fair settlement. Thankyou for a very straight forward process.

WHY I HAVE GIVEN TRINITY CLAIMS A LOW SCORE.

As far as I am concerned Trinity claims was TOTALLY USELESS.
My home insurers, Policy Expert, appointed these people to handle my claim for a break in at my home.
I was speaking to a totally incompetent agent for 90 minutes. The line kept on breaking up at their end and I had to continually repeat myself.
I also found the agent's overseas accent difficult to understand.

I would prefer to deal directly with the company with whom I am insured.

The instance of being burgled is sufficiently trying; without having to deal with an operator where modern technology compelled me to repeat my side of the dialogue multiple times.

The problem where company agents have to request callers to repeat what they are saying because the line at their end is breaking up is becoming far too common an occurrence.
This rarely used to happen.

It would appear that modern technology, when speaking with a company, has taken us back over 100 years.

When I speak with a private subscriber I never have this problem and always have a technogically satisfactory 2 way conversation.

Everything was quick and straightforward. From starting the claim to the surveyor coming out and reporting and getting a settlement.

Great service

Great service from an excellent home insurance claim. Assessor arrived within a few days agreed claim and we had the work started within a couple of weeks. Highly recommended insurance company. 5 stars.

Great service.

The representative who attended rang to give us 60 minutes notice as it was a Sunday morning visit.
He arrived on time, was very polite and very thorough and knowledgeable. He carried out his task in less than an hour and explained everything in detail very clearly.
All-in-all a very nice guy and great service.

Car Insurance claim

The service on the whole was very thorough and professional especially in the way it dealt with a relatively difficult experience. The claim was resolved very quickly with a fair settlement at the end, kept me mobile throughout and answered questions quickly, especially around next steps whenever I had any queries.

Fantastic Service So Far

Fortunately we have never had to make an insurance claim before so the whole thing was intimidating. Since the first call, Trinity have been excellent. After a bathroom leak which went through floorboards into kitchen ceiling below, we didnt know what to do. After plumber had sorted leak, Trinity sent damp specialists around really quickly who advised us and assisted immediately. They have been great at communications throughout and we have a surveyor in tomorrow to assess the damage.
Would not look at ever changing policy holder after this experience so far.

Had a small leak in the kitchen needed…

Had a small leak in the kitchen needed plasterboard and redecorating . The claim started October 25 it's may 26 and still waiting to get the job done . Contactors they use are just useless . Give me a date months ahead then don't turn up no call no tx . Second time called me same day not coming . Third time days notice , 5 time after over a month of booking and checking the week before to be sure they cancel two days before . Wasted holidays and my kitchen is horrible .
