I have had a leak from pipes under my concrete kitchen floor, I informed Trinity claims and we have just had a baking hot May bank holiday and where were Trinity claims, offices closed!! I kept getting call from 2 phone numbers no messages left! And when I rang those numbers they went to Trinity office which is closed for the lovely weekend off! Now I have managed to Get a company in they run pipes along the wall, to bypass the pipes in the floor but the pipes in the floor run to the sink and if he had cut off the pipes in the floor no water would come out off the taps, Trinity send Richard to check the damage he measured the room because the laminate was ruined and told me Trinity were one of the best insurance companies, well I beg to differ they left me over the weekend totally frustrated with their lack of action lack of interest and lack of contact, now each time I got a phone call that I missed I got an email that had the message, go to (link removed) and make a complaint tried that more than once and all I got was a blank page, now the person that tried to contact me, don't you realise that that when you ring someone they might have just picked up the phone but missed the call well ring again!! Just to be sure! That person was working remotely but the call numbers were coming up as the offices which as I said were shut, I had the most filthy week no shower for 5 days covered in concrete dust washing out of a bucket of water from my rain butt!! I might also add Richard told me not to dig up any more of my floor as I was in a world of pain that would get worse, stop and wait for a call from Trinity, well I sat down for 5½ hours then said you are in the drivers seat get it done, plus I left a very angry Trustpilot review who wouldn't publish it, so they got a bad review!! Trinity you are not fit for purpose!!!

My family home flooded last January. My mum and dad refused to leave, as they’ve lived there 40+ years and my dad had recently got out of hospital from a big stroke a few months prior. So understandably Terrified to be away from home again. I know that’s not the insurances issue but he has limited mobility which everyone’s seen when they’ve assessed the damage. The flood damaged a LOT. We are STILL waiting for any repair work to be done…. We flooded last January 2025. I’ve chased so many times, I’ve complained, I was offered £300 as a good will gesture!! I just wanted the work starting ASAP. I paid for the highest possible insurance when I covered the house I picked what I believed was the best on the comparison site. I feel so guilty. My mum and dad are amazing people as a family we’ve never claimed on anything, this was a first and we weren’t too sure what to expect. But after chasing, complaints, absolutely nothing still 16 months later. It’s heartbreaking and no one seems to care. I’ve had to put the date as today as apparently a review has to be within 12 months of the date - but this was raised on the date of the flood. 6th Jan 2025.

Service was very good. Problem was with the contractor who has now only finished the job 8 weeks after starting.

needed, quick response and surveyor attended promptly, very professional, freindly and explained everything in detail, settlement figure was discussed there and then and i received this formally via the portal within the hour. accepted offer via the portal and should receive payment within 5 working days. the only downside was there was no approved roof repairers in my area so i had to accept wether i wanted to or not and source my own contractor.

We had a water leak in our lounge damaging all our laminate flooring, I made a claim to help pay towards getting a new floors, they were super fast and helpful, sent a surveyor out in days and quoted us a cash settlement that day, even with excess we can now get a new floor installed in a lounge, very stress free and easy to do!
