Delivery was really quick, product matched what was on the website, fairly easy to put together although instructions are a little vague. Overall for the price, this is excellent.

The desk is good, the only disappointing part is that the draws do not have runners so the whole draw comes right out of the compartment and could fall on my children.

I didn’t receive a track and trace to know when to be home for delivery. Got home after work and it was delivered. I would’ve worked from home. However, the mattress is amazing! I slept soo well I didn’t want to get up when my alarm went off.

We got the firm bed and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Easy and quick check out. Just delivery tracking is bit off. Treasure box should start sending delivery updates directly to customers.

Service was fast which great. But when I called to try change the delivery date you guys couldn't assist or change the date for the delivery. I find this really odd as you guys are able to place the booking and put a delivery label on the item but unable to change date for delivery. I had to call up the delivery company which thankfully they were able to stop my items from getting delivered and change the date (my items were being delivered as I was speaking to them) if I had called any later then I did my items would have been sitting outside of a house I haven’t moved into yet. If my items went missing that would have costed the company more than what it would have to just change the delivery date. It was hard to follow up on the order as the items had just gone to depot and were instantly being delivered, I was calling the delivery company before there office hours as that’s when they were processing the order, Luckily just as there office hours opened I was able to get hold of them. Very stressful. Awesome to know you guys have great delivery services but poor customer care when it comes to changing those dates, as a customer who had supported the business a little bit disappointed. If you are unable to change the dates this is something you should look into as a business. Customers spend a lot as you guys are selling furniture which does hurt the back pocket (Prices are great furniture in general is expensive.)Other then that happy with items I bought. Please support your customers and make the journey easy for them not stressful.
