Great quality, great price, great people, love it!

From ordering, price point, quality and super fast delivery, I couldn’t fault my 1st experience with Treasure Box.

All good just that only 4 out of 8 white round stickers were supplied.

I recently purchased a house and we were basically starting from scratch — we had absolutely nothing. After budgeting for brand-new appliances and everything else we needed, I really needed a proper bed. I had been sleeping on an air bed and stretcher for months before we moved into our home, which definitely wasn’t the best!

I shopped around for ages looking for something brand new, affordable and within my budget. I was also going for a minimalist, clean and earthy look for my new home, so when I found a simple oak bed frame and mattress combo on TreasureBox, it was exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered on Wednesday and everything arrived by Friday — much faster than expected! It was well packaged, and the bed frame was easy to put together.

I got the brand-new bed frame and mattress for under $500 including shipping. The frame is simple but looks great with the style I wanted, and the mattress is really comfortable and surprisingly good quality for the price.

Being able to mix and match the bed and mattress options was a bonus. Really happy with my purchase — affordable, great value and perfect for setting up a new home from scratch on a budget.

The product was good. But the courier left it at the front door unattended for 7 hours despite I have specifically asked NOT to leave it at front door and had rung the courier company, after leaving the instructions in writing, to make sure the message was in place. Your courier company is not responding to my complaint.

Overall excellent service and prompt delivery. I needed more information regarding delivery prior to purchase. The email exchanges were fairly timely and helpful. The product (bed base with drawers and head board) arrived carefully packaged and was mostly as expected. I would not call the material velvet as per the description though. The other issue I had was that I could not decide what the picture in one part of the instructions were showing so had to guess. I guessed wrong and had to redo several steps to correct it. Assembly took a good three hours so the extra mucking around was patience testing. In the end, I like the sturdiness, functionality and look.

The postage on this was nice and quick. The chair its self was easily put together and is very comfortable. It is a great addition to our baby's nursery.

Great quality product at a very affordable price. Comes with clear instruction on how to assemble. Good customer service. Highly recommend.

Was only sent 1 of 2 packages am yet to still receive the 2nd part of my package. Havnt even received my tracking details either. Pretty disappointing considering how much shipping costs

the instructions are poor; otherwise all ok...one more thing the Dowels are too thin

The large oak mirror is amazing. I can't believe the quality for the price. I thought it would be a cheap "oak look" type thing. Delivery within Akld was super quick and it was well packaged, no concerns that it would be damaged in transit.
