Jane Hudson saved us from disaster. I am diligent in keeping our passports up to date and usually book our travels myself. Fortunately this time I went to a travel agent and thankfully that travel agent was Jane.
Jane picked up that my resident visa has a travel restriction on it that has expired. Without that, we would have missed our holiday and lost thousands of dollars!! Jane stayed calm and advised us on what to do and how to remedy the situation - her years of experience as a travel agent are evident.

Right from the start I was so relieved I decided to go with Jane she made everything easy and smooth. When we ran into difficulties (covid) Jane was amazing keeping in contact making sure we were doing ok sorting flight changes if needed. Having a Travel agent who went the extra mile made the trip even with the stress of catching covid a breeze.
