Andy has been helping me get two and from London for years now. This was incredibly important when finally I could get back during COVID. I was in a hurry since dad was very unwell. Andy totally understood and worked incredibly fast to make that happen. And more recently when there was a chance I might get stuck mid trip due to the cyclone, he was emailing me straight away with options incase I needed them. Always looks for really reasonable flights for me offering several alternatives - routes I was not even aware were up and running. Honestly, I could not recommend highly enough - Andy simply goes above and beyond.

Josh was everything you could ask for from a travel agent, going above & beyond to assist us in travelling to the UK at extremely short notice with plans on our side constantly changing. Not only that, he was on-hand at all times to answer questions and provide reassurance to us throughout the process. Couldn't recommend enough

Josh has been an incredibly helpful travel agent, sourcing great, cost effective, travel options as travel demands increased when the NZ borders reopened.

He persevered with our numerous requests and provided appropriate travel solutions for our needs.
Prior to travelling, Sustainable Travel was able to provide up to date advice on entry requirements to New Zealand while they were in a state of flux.

Josh was quick to respond and provide sound advice (in the middle of the night) and arrange alternative travel arrangements when our flight plans were disrupted.
No doubt Sustainable Travel will provide advice relating to the EC regulations for compensation on the disrupted flights.

Josh is amazing and super helpful in finding a way to book some very difficult travel destinations for our staff during Covid, where many restrictions were in place. He was always forthcoming with all relevant testing/layover/restriction information which gave us peace of mind when having to navigate the travel world at a time when most weren't travelling. Also incredibly helpful at staying in touch outside of hours when staff were travelling to support through the several hiccups we experienced along the way. I couldn't recommend Josh any more!

Andy has looked after our family travel for years and have made some great things happen: from my daughter’s Topdeck in Europe, family reunions in Malaysia to my husband’s business trips in Asia. Our experience has been brilliant and we are very grateful to have him as our agent!
I just like how he thinks of the smallest details and takes the stress of planning it all away. And of course he loves getting my phone calls at random times ( thank you!) when things need changing, and offers solutions.
I know I have that peace of mind that we won’t have to be on hold to the airline for hours and it’s all under control.

I’d booked many trips before but he was the first travel agent who took an interest in where I was heading and what I had planned - I went to Thailand and he came back to me with ideas I’d never thought of and we almost changed our trip because his ideas were amazing and blew us away. He even contacted me afterward to check how the trip went! Love it

In 2019 I decided to move overseas and do a bit of travel before settling through Aussie Indo and Asia and he sorted the complete trip for me, again he gave great tips and actually spent a few days studying the best places for me to visit based on my hobbies.

We decided to fly home from the UK early because of the pandemic and had no hesitation booking through Josh even though he was based in another country - he got us full refunds and we had no stress trying to contact airlines as he went above and beyond - bloody legend!

I gave this new travel agency a chance as I know one of the travel agents from a previous role. They gave me a great service and sorted my flights for me without any issues. I like the direction they are going with the focus on sustainability and the website looks cool too. I will book with them for my next trip.
