Travel Associates New Zealand Omdömen 

We have just returned back from a trip to Rarotonga and Aitutaki. We used Karla Cavanagh from Streeter and Turner Travel Associates, Merivale, Christchurch.

Karla made the organising of this trip very easy given the current covid environment. Karla kept us up to date with all the travel requirements required to enter Rarotonga, Aitutaki and to return back to New Zealand.

We gave Karla a loose idea of what we wanted to do and she came up with an amazing itinerary that ticked all of our boxes. Not only is Karla a dream to work with she is very responsive and answered any questions I had. I will be getting in touch with Karla again to plan our next trip. 10/10 service!

After phoning twice leaving my details then emailing all over 8 days, no reply. I am disappointed with flight center. I have someone looking after me now.

Dealing with Streeter and turner travel associates has again been a very easy straightforward experience.
This is the 2nd time we have booked through them and Fiona and Karla have been amazing at sorting us out for our emergency trip to the UK during a covid world.
I would highly recommend them for any of your travel experiences, they were always in touch and double checking our requirements for what would need for our trip.
Excellent service, great personal correspondence and nothing was too much trouble!!

Following a close bereavment in the U.K i suddenly found myself having to try to get there for the funeral and back, as well as having to try and book an MIQ spot. To make this situation even more complicated it all had to be sorted over the Christmas period as i had to travel early Jan. I honestly don't know how i would have made it happen had it not been for the huge amount of help and support from my Travel Associate representative Fiona Laver, based at the Merivale, Christchurch store. Fiona found out everything i needed to know/do to obtain a spot in MIQ as well as all the tests, forms etc that i would need to fly to and from the u.k. To make matters worse i only recieved the news that i had been granted an MIQ spot at 5.30 on Christmas eve and having to confirm flights over the following 48 hrs meant that Fiona had to give up holiday time on Christmas Day and Boxing Day in order to get my flights booked. Everything went so smoothly for me with Fiona always on hand when i had problems or questions. She has handled all of our flights since we moved to NZ 17 years ago including trips to the U.k, Greece, Australia and Thailand and everything has run perfectly smoothly on every occasion. We would like to thank Travel Associates and particularly Fiona Laver for her excellent service.

Our agent Michael from Howick branch is the best. Always has time and patience to explain all our questions and worries. Always answers our questions what were asked like quazilion times without any sign of frustration. :-) Last time we have travelled in global pandemic with 2years old and Michael made sure that every possible situation has been covered, he troubleshoot everything what occurred without stressing us out but always has been straight with the situation. In the end our flight has been cancelled 2 hours prior our drive to the airport and he worked miracle to get us home for Christmas regardless this cancellation. He even replied my emails during his leave. Thanks Michael, we will definitely use your services next time again.

Megan has been a great help assisting me organising flights and then due to COVID entering our lives dealing with organising cancellations etc. Frustrating times for us all but Megan has made the changes etc. a pleasant experience with her friendly professional service and guidance as to which steps to take.
I look forward to continuing my association with Megan when requiring flights etc.

Natasha was helped me to get home during a very difficult time. It was nice to be able to trust someone to take care of the details and make sure everything was in order when venturing out of N.Z. and to the new reality of travel. There were so many little things to remember (which country requires what) and she found out about it all and made sure I only had to show up at the airport and enjoy my trip. Thank you. After months of trying I finally secured a spot in MIQ. Being given 48 hours to secure flights to the UK was beyond stressful, but Kylie made the whole thing an absolute breeze.
With a booking reference provided within hours I was able to confirm my spot in MIQ. The tickets were in my hand almost immediately. Talk about taking the stress out of a stressful situation! Amazing service. Thanks so much :-)

Excellent service. though my booking was relatively minor, tania managed it as if it were a world cruise. I had several changes which she sorted out so well. Definitely best to go to people who know how to sort out the details for a quality holiday.

I cannot recommend Craig Martin highly enough. He has helped us book amazing holidays for six years now, always listening to our needs and then adding suggestions we hadn't dreamed were possible. He is so knowledgeable, understands the needs of different age groups, and keeps us informed. During Covid we had a number of delayed flights and cancellations and Craig was incredibly accomodating even though we knew this was affecting him as well. That's why, we will always go back to Craig, he goes the extra mile every time.
