Tanya was exceptional from the booking process, answering any questions I had, super fast at responding, & very onto it when it came to flight delays/cancellation. She went above & beyond. Everything was so easy, I won’t hesitate to book with her again in the future!

I just thought I would take the time to write a review in regards to the absolutely amazing support both myself and my brother received from the lovely Rindie

Late last year both myself and my brother sought help from Rindie in booking flights to go and visit family in the UK.
As my brother is a nervous flyer we had quite a few request such as window seats, short layovers where possible and affordability and Rindie was very understanding of our needs and provided us with a couple of options to choose from which suited us best.

By taking a warm, empathetic and genuine approach to helping us- Rindie really helped in easing the stressful process and also in helping my brother feel more confident and less anxious on our journey.

On our flight home- we unfortunately ran into a flight delay due to a minor technical issue on our airline. At first we were very stressed out to hear this as it meant we would miss our layover but to my surprise we received a message from Rindie to check we were both okay and to ensure
Us that our airline would take care of us and ensure we are looked after and provided for in terms of a hotel and food.

Getting this message from Rindie was the icing on the cake because it made a very upsetting and stressful experience a calm and collected one which is amazing.

I have never met someone so kind and dedicated to their role as Rindie before, but I am so glad we sought help from her and definately will do so in the future.

Tanya Chaffey came highly recommended and boy does she deliver. I approached her with a very last minute booking 8weeks out! Sent her a list of destinations and dates and she whipped up an in depth itinerary of places, hotels and flights in 3 countries and 8 destinations within literal hours of me emailing her, Tanya is so lovely to deal with, very prompt on communication and she knows hers stuff, she took all of the stress out of the pre planning especially last minute.
We will definitely be using Tanya again.

This was my first experience using a travel agent as I normally book everything myself and Michael Cory-Toussaint was fantastic. I was worried about my first time travelling since Covid but working with him made booking everything hassle-free and travelling was so much less stressful because of it. Michael's customer service was brilliant and he went above and beyond at every stage, from calling the airlines to make sure that the way my name was written on the ticket would be ok (I've always had issues at check in with the way my name is written on my passport) to checking in with me when I was at the airport. I had a really great experience and would 100% use Michael to help me book future vacations.

We used Tanya Chaffey, she listened to exactly what I wanted and made the whole process so easy. She checked in from time to time to see if I needed help with anything and with any changes. She updated us on our itinerary before we left so at all times we knew what was happening. This ,made our overseas trip a pleasant experience while traveling.

Megan Elliott was such an incredible help. From our first in shop inquiries to flight delays and changes, she supported us through it all. Travelling as a family of six can be very daunting specially post Covid travelling changes. I am so grateful for the information and help Megan provided. What a great team. Thanks

Jane from Chaffey & Turner in Tauranga was hugely helpful in planning my 3-month trip to Europe. Her enthusiasm for travel is infectious and she took time to understand exactly what I wanted from my experience. All of the arrangements she prepared for me went off without a hitch, and I also really appreciated that she maintained contact to check if everything was going ok. Tanya from Tauranga was amazing. I rung her letting her know what flights I was after and when I got there less than 30mins later they were booked and waiting for me. She was amazing every step of the way and kept me in the loop with all the covid changes. Would highly recommend her.

Tanya planned and organised the most special family holiday for us back to the UK. She advised us with flights, car hire and booking great hotels.
