It's easy to leave an excellent review because Kelly organises everything smoothly and with constant communication.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced whilst booking a trip! Seriously bad communication 3 out of office return emails while trying to arrange a transfer with sick family and they just never replied! Thankfully we had an amazing globus tour director that helped us! Our 12 year old daughter was booked on a 7 hour flight seated on her own!! I would highly recommend you AVOID Travel associates at all costs! I will in future do all my own arrangements considering I sent the links to all Tours booked anyway, no customer service at all, rude obnoxious responses! Very upsetting when spending such a large amount of money on a family tour and cruise of Europe!! Do not use this company.

I needed assistance in applying for my US visa online and Kelly Streeter of Travel Associates in Merivale, Christchurch has happily helped me with it last Wednesday, the 19th of April. My application has been approved the next day.
Kelly is also helping me apply for my Canadian visa online tomorrow.

Megan organised a quick short trip for us to see our daughter she planned flights that offered us the most time possible easy transfers between international and domestic. Due to mechanical issues we missed our connecting flights Qantas dealt with that kept us well informed and had us booked on new flights with minimal time lost.

Jane was knowledgeable with flight connections. I felt confident in planning this trip as it was out of my comfort zone. I would like to feed back specific information on Mexico and Belize with Jane so she can advise other customers she replied instantly on an issue we were having, which was reassuring.

Michael was amazing. He accomodated our flights to meet our specific needs and he went above and beyond in dealing with the airline when they made some changes to our original flights so we wouldn't have to do any extra travel. Will come back again!

Tanya give us excellent and personal service for our recent trip. She provided knowledgeable, efficient and helpful advice which enabled us to relax and enjoy the whole process from initial enquiry to return to NZ with our sanity intact.

The three separate places of accommodation that Jane chose for us were all pretty much perfect for our requirements. We couldn't have expected any more from our flights nor car rental either.

There have been ongoing issues since 2020 about our flights to India - covid forced repeated postponement, and then in Nov 2022 my daughter's health led to the cancellation of her trip at the last minute. Polly was very helpful throughout, working with us on the changes to dates, and obtaining a credit for unused tickets from SIA. Always attentive via emails and phone calls. Very very satisfactory service and care...Thank you Polly!
