Excellent first experience using TrainSplit. Choices and prices with the associated train changes were clearly presented. I loved the clearly laid out itinerary which was really useful.

I ended up needing to delay my trip for a few weeks due to external circumstances and the rebooking side of things was also easy to do.

Will definitely use again!

I had to reschedule a forthcoming trip, which I had booked through splitticketing.com, saving lots of money. They quickly refunded the cost of the new tickets (less a small admin charge). Had I booked myself the eight! tickets involved, getting a refund would have been a nightmare.

I bought tickets through Trainsplit as they were the cheapest. I then wanted to change my booking but it was after office hours and I couldn't find a way to do an exchange on their website. I emailed them and very swiftly received a reply followed by a full refund for my initial ticket. The customer service agent, David, was outstandingly efficient and also very friendly.

Due to a change in plans, I had to claim a refund and this was dealt with quickly and professionally.
