I have used them quite a bit as I find the site easy to use and the tickets a very good price. Also,when a cancelled service led to a refund,it was dealt with very efficiently. Overall very pleased!

I must write this review to tell you how thankful I am for all of the help your support agent Michael has given me with booking my seat reservations for all of tge places I will be visiting. There is no way I could have done it by myself! I sent emails asking for help several times, and Michael answered faster than I thought he would. Also, TrainTickets had the cheapest BritRail passes. I will be using this service whenever I need a BritRail pass. Again, I can't thank Michael enough.

The website was really easy to use and I was able to save money on my trip. Unfortunately I was unable to make the trip due to personal reasons, I emailed them via the address found on their website, to seek advice about a refund. Morgan got in touch within 10minutes and explained what i needed to provide for a refund, Morgan was incredibly helpful, kind and efficient. Morgan managed my the enquiry from start to finish there was no need to apply for a refund through a website, it was so nice to have human and a kind one manage it all for me. Michael was extremely helpful when I had an issue: I had to collect tickets at Heathrow when returning from international flights; somehow one was missing and the conductor on the GWR train from Paddington to Devon was insistent I had to buy a new ticket. Michael refunded me the extra costs, could teach GWR a lot in customer service!

Booked tickets to go Kilmarnock-Liverpool return. Took a grand total of 5 minutes as website is so user friendly. £5 cheaper than Trainline for this trip, and £15 cheaper than another competitor. Will be using again!

5 star customer service from William in the Support Team. Due to an emergency situation on the day of my intended return journey, I wanted to cancel my split ticket (already printed and collected from ticket machine on the day of my outward journey) and book for another day of travel. I emailed the support team and my request was responded to very quickly, with comprehensive details on my options.

The prices are great. Today I booked another return journey and had a problem when I checked out. I emailed the company and got a response very quickly. They found a bug in their software, fixed it immediately and let me know. Brilliant!

Train tickets email to me after booking tickets had the correct dates and destinations. However, when I was on the station waiting for the first train I realised some tickets were missing. Although I’d paid for these tickets. There was also mistakes about a return ticket saying not through Birmingham New Street station when that’s the way the Cross Country trains run. CHeck carefully when you get the email that all the tickets you need are available for where you are going.

Having ordered my tickets I became ill and was unable to take my journey. A request to the company for a refund was met with an immediate positive response, minus a small admin cost.
