Speedy and personal response to my request.
Really speedy decision and authorisation for my refund. Despite my email attachment not being visible to the Customer Service team they took my refund application in good faith and issued the refund without question. I was extremely satisfied, not only with the outcome but with the speed and consideration of my request. One final thing, the email response was signed by a named customer service team member - a human and personal service. Thank you.

The Easiest of Tasks
In the past I have found getting a rail ticket refund not the easiest of tasks. This time cancellation due to "hot weather" was specifically provided for on the Trainsplit form and the refund happened efficiently and promptly.Super customer service.

Jonathan
Jonathan, whom I dealt with, was extremely helpful and understanding when I had to change tickets due to a death. He processed my refund immediately.
He also supplied me with information to contact the various train companies as all my trains were late.
