Purely because I paid for an item, and then find out it’s out of stock it needs to be preordered which took two weeks and then get an email saying there’s Delays, just next time don’t put the item is available if it’s not it’s misleading,

My order of 30/08 has still not arrived!! Disappointed!

Purchased a Joie stages car seat! Very competitive price and arrived promptly. Contacted customer service for an update on delivery and communication was excellent!!! Highly recommended!!!

Very impressed with the service provided by Tony Kealys in Belfast (from consultation right down to receiving the items ordered).

They have a wide selection of items to choose from and gave very good balanced advice on what items were best suited to us.

Ordered online. Buggy came very quick. Silvercross pop is a great buggy very light and easy to fold. No hassle at all.

Full disclosure, baby hasn’t arrived yet, so can’t comment on using it! We went with this product for our downstairs for a few reasons: we only have a shower upstairs so loved that it has a bath integrated; we wanted it to have storage; and we wanted one with wheels to be able to move it easily. There are other similar styles from other retailers, but I preferred the grey and white of this one and also it was around £30 cheaper than the other model I had seen for sale.

It arrived within a good timeframe, and I like how light it is- I was actually able to help build it! The build process was really quite straight forward and didn’t take us long at all. The only bit that had us fiddling about a bit was aligning the change mat frame and the bath so it could move smoothly. There is loads of storage which we’ve already started using. It is quite light and plasticky (as to be expected) but feels durable, is easily kept clean and simple for me to move around.

Overall it seems like it’s going to prove to be a really useful investment, and I can’t wait for baby to arrive so we can start using it!

Was looking for a baby bath/changing table and Tony Kealys had the same item at a far more reasonable price. Unfortunately it was available for delivery when i placed the order but they got in touch asking if I was happy to wait or cancel the order. I chose to wait and the item arrived with in the projected time scale. Arrived in great condition. Will definitely shop again with Tony Kealys

Nice website and price for the car seat I wanted, but it took a long time (several weeks) to arrive and they didn’t keep me very well informed of when it would be delivered. I would still use them again though if what I wanted was cheaper than elsewhere

Hi placed my order on the 15/08/21 was supposed to be a birthday present for the 21 September still waiting for delivery can’t get hold of anybody keep sending me same email stating they expecting stock I am very disappointed I just want the item delivered

Advertising something not in stock and still taking your order and money with no correspondence as too when item will be delivered very poor service.

I ordered a buggy that I couldn’t get anywhere, possibly because of low stocks post COVID. Although not in stock I was given a delivery date and kept up to date every step of the way. Same was delivered on time, packed well and contents secure. Cokk hi long ask for a better service.

Item has not arrived. Ordered on 24th August

My item has not arrived after a week and nobody is answering the customer service helpline to assist with my query.
I did send an email which was answered promptly, however I would have preferred to speak to someone over the phone. The tracking link they provide for dpd is not helpful as it does not provide any useful information about the location, journey or expected delivery date of the parcel.
