Absolutely avoid at all costs! Wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order with them.. ordered a bed for the baby with lead time 2-4 weeks, it has been over 6 weeks at this point and customer service is keep apologising and telling me it will ship soon… I am still waiting on dispatch email.. I actually think I was scammed at this point.

Avoid at all costs. The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with un my life. They deserve to be closed down fkr the way the operate. Ordered a pram ad car seat 10 weeks ago, they told it would take 2-3 max. Never spoke to them again after paying, they wouldn't answer me or reply to emails or even give me a courtesy call. We are left without a pram and car seat after paying in full abd my wife is having the baby this week. I will have to go buy this again somewhere while I try get me refund.
These are cowboys of the highest order, they dont give a F about their customers once they get the money. Can't believe how these get away with this. Award for the worst shop in Ireland as well as the crappiest customer service.

Bought 2 separate items one in 2024 and another in 2026. Both times was left waiting months for items to come. They will not issue refunds and will not reply to you when you ask.

To think that in this day and age companies like this still exist is beyond me. They must have a man walking with delivery’s from china.

And then if you’re lucky enough to get your order after weeks and weeks of waiting there’ll be something missing.

Do not order from this company. They advertise items as in stock that aren't in stock. Completely misleading customers. Customer service is non existent.

One star is even too much for this company. Would 100% not recommend them. We ordered stuff off them 4 months in advance and picked a delivery date as suggested. There was no communication from then close to the delivery date and when we had to chase them they could not even provide us with a delivery date. When we had ordered the products they told us it would be in the "warehouse" the week before delivery but I now realize there is no "warehouse", "order department" or "finance department". I am still chasing up my refund and I have had to go elsewhere for the products. I would avoid this "company" at all cost unless you want undue stress at an already stressful time.
The sales people in store are more than happy to take your money, which has to be paid in full a month in advance of the delivery, but as soon as the sale is done they can no longer help you with the order. This now becomes a matter for the "orders" team who can only be contacted by email and will generally not respond for 48 hours (it they respond at all) and if you contact them again within that time you will reset the timer for another 48 hours.

Fantastic company to deal with. I returned an order which I didn’t have use for anymore and everyone i encountered was fantastic to deal with.

I ordered a pram, buggy and car seat. It had a lead time however they moved out this lead time twice.
I was informed the first time they moved it out. But not the second time.
I was informed contact with them about it and they simply said once it was ready it would be overnight shipped to me.

I complained that at 38 weeks I really
Needed the car seat at the original lead time. They informed me they could
Ship the car seat if I wanted! I told them I did and then heard nothing from them. I have sent my 3rd email today. I am approaching my 39 week and may need to buy a car seat from a store if I don’t hear back soon as I am scheduled for an induction.
Terrible experience so far and a stress that is not needed.

I just bought some sheets for my snuz pod and they arrived nice and quick. Would definitely shop here again. Thanks

Good price when compared against the market. Ordered Thursday, delivered Monday. No issues.

Wanted to support an Irish business when buying a a gift for a friend. Price including delivery was cheapest I could find . Ordering and delivery were both quick and easy.

Great communication from their team. I ordered a stroller, stroller bumper bar, and rain cover. Delivery took around 5 weeks due to a delay, but they informed me promptly after I contacted them by email. Their response was quick, and they kept me updated throughout the process.

I would definitely recommend them, especially if you’re planning your nursery well in advance. If you have a little extra time before you need your items, it’s worth waiting a few weeks to save some money. Their prices, particularly for strollers and prams, are significantly better than many other retailers.

I purchased a travel system and newborn bundle in January, with my baby due on 5th July. We paid the balance in full in April, even though the final payment wasn't due until May. I was advised that the order would be delivered approximately five weeks before my due date.

After calling to update my delivery address following a house move, I received no further communication. By 28th May, I still hadn't heard anything about my order, so I contacted the company myself. I was asked to leave a voicemail and later received an email stating that if I contacted the company again within their 48-hour response window, my query would be moved down the response list. I found this very frustrating, particularly given the time-sensitive nature of my order.

Throughout the following weeks, I exchanged numerous emails with the delivery coordinator and was given several different estimated shipment and delivery dates. I also visited the store in person, where the staff could see my order but were unable to provide any information about its fulfilment or expected delivery.

Eventually, I received part of my order, including the car seat, ISOFIX base, and a few smaller items. However, the main item—the travel system itself—was still outstanding. When I contacted the company again, I was simply told that the remainder would be delivered over next few days.

As the estimated delivery dates continued to change, I explained that I was due to be admitted for a planned C-section on 22nd June and urgently needed the remainder of my order before then. Unfortunately, the company was still unable to provide a definite delivery date or any reassurance that it would arrive in time. At that point, I felt I had no option but to request a refund.

This was a significant purchase that I ordered months in advance and paid for in full well before the deadline. While I appreciate that delays can happen, the lack of communication, inconsistent information, and inability to provide clear updates were extremely disappointing. Expectant parents rely on these essential items arriving when promised, and I expected a much higher standard of customer service.

Fantastic experience, found my purchase to be competitively priced, fast delivery and great customer service.

Purchased a car seat for my nephew, it arrived within three weeks as was advertised at the time of purchase. The staff in the shop were absolutely delightful and fitted the car seat into my sisters car when we brought it in. Amazing service I highly recommend.

Very disappointed with my experience. The delivery took far longer than expected, and there was very little communication throughout the process. I had to chase for updates myself, and it was difficult to get clear information about when my order would arrive. Better communication and more reliable delivery would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.
