The buggy we wanted was not in stock but when I message the WhatsApp number they were able to order it I within 4 weeks , which actually only took 3 weeks and came early with DPD.
Very happy with the product and service and communication.
They also were able to cater taking part payment one for all and the rest on card.
Very convenient .

Customer Service online is appalling. I received the baby cot with a crack and missing holes to adjust the bed to. After many emails and texts through WhatsApp they replied 2 months later. Still to this day nearly 4 months later they said i would receive a partial refund which I still have not received.

Shocking service! I ordered a Next2Me first week in January was told it would be delivered the week of the 9th of February giving me plenty of time before the baby arrived. I contacted them mid February to say I still haven’t received it and gave me a stupid excuse. It’s now the 20th of March baby arrived nearly 2 weeks ago and still no next to me. Stay clear of this place.

I went into the baby doc shop in Limerick looking for a buggy for my twins and we were met with the most friendly and helpful staff! I really wasn’t sure what I wanted when I walked in but they allowed me to put my kids into a twin buggy to see how they looked and really helped me along the way! This is my second buggy from this store and every time we are greeted with big friendly smiles! I love how they make a fuss of babies and children when they are in the store always have a snack and juice to offer. Such a friendly environment 😊

We bought our travel system, 2 isofix bases for both cars and a cot in the limerick store a few months ago, I had to follow up 3 times for the travel system when it hadn't arrived on the date we had picked it eventually arrived after the third time of contacting them.
We went to the store to get the isofix bases installed in the both cars last week as we are very close to baby being born. The staff that had dealt with us previously was available for installing the isofixes. when we got home we realized the isofix base in my husband's car was not correctly installed and was very wobbly. We tried to get the RSA check it fits but unfortunately they are not in the area at the moment and we are anxious to get it fixed so my husband brought it back to the limerick store and the same worker who had dealt with us for our whole experience came to help him. However he expressed she didn't seem any bit interested in helping and told my husband there was nothing wrong with the isofix. We were not happy with that and wasn't dealt with properly. My husband ended up trying to fix it himself we will have to go somewhere else to make sure it's correctly installed as we want to be safe especially for our newborn baby. We were disappointed with our experience overall. Would not recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with BabyDoc. We received our order today. Everything was perfect and delievered exactly when they said it would be. All the staff were super friendly and a wealth of information. I 100% would buy from them again.

On 14 January 2026, I placed an order with Baby Doc Shop for a Double Out ‘n’ About Nipper stroller. The order was processed and paid for in full at the time of purchase. At no stage during the ordering process was I informed that the item was out of stock.

On 15 January 2026, I received an email advising that dispatch was expected between 9 and 20 February 2026. As of today, 19 February 2026, I have received no further update regarding the status of my order.

I have made numerous attempts to contact the company by telephone and via WhatsApp to obtain clarification. I have now been informed that it may take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends) to determine the whereabouts of my order, and that if I send any further messages, my enquiry will be placed at the back of the queue. I find this response entirely unacceptable.

The lack of communication and transparency regarding a fully paid order is extremely concerning and has caused unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, the level of customer service provided has been very disappointing.

I truly believe all this reviews are fake! Save your money for a different store. Paid full in November with delivery 2nd/3rd week of January for a newborn bundle. The girl that served us was nice seemed new but no issues there, she offered us delivery in February but we insisted for January, we’re moving houses so we wanted to have everything ready and time to get used to pram etc. The week of the delivery we called them as we haven’t heard anything from them. They informed us that the stuff will arrive in 10 days and that they will be in touch. After 10 days we called them and emailed them again only to hear that they will have a look and then call us back. Again back and forth with calls and emails only for them to literally just say “Our sincere apologies”. Called them last Wednesday and they send us an email saying that they will arrive shortly. Next day they send us an email apologising that the order was never sent from UK and that will take the latest this Wednesday. We sent them an email on Thursday, never got a response back! Called them today again for them to say they don’t know but they will mark it as urgent! EVERY EMAIL AND CALL WE HAD WITH THIS PLACE WAS A DISASTER! MARKING IT AS URGENT AND THEN DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. I’m due in two weeks and the stress over this when we thought we would have most of the things, with the bundle ready, it’s awful. Save your stress and go somewhere else. Bear IN MIND THEY NEVER OFFERED ANYTHING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE!

Update: They sent an email saying they will arrive the latest on Saturday 21st

I hate to leave a bad review but the customer service was so bad I feel I have to 11 weeks we were waiting a repair to be organised for a pram for my newborn they had to be hounded and rang multiple times a week for anything to be done then after being told the repair would take a week I had to hound them 3 weeks later to get my pram back. Do not recommend

Everything on time and people in shop very helpful

If I could give this place 0 stars I genuinely would. Ordered my pram on 7th dec paid in full was told it would be here the week of the 12th jan emailed after this and it was explained to me that my pram would be in that day and the base from the car seat would be in in 10 days as there was a delay I was more than patient after a further 2 weeks still nothing arrived I emailed to be told basically my order was never placed and I was lied to and it would be a further 2 weeks. Whatever you do don’t buy from this place the stress they cause is another level. Then I was offered “a few free gifts” as compensation I don’t want any free gifts I want my pram when I ordered it! Never answer the phone either quick enough to take your money

Ordered a next to me crib and took way too long to come for the price it was literal months it took.
Gave the extra star as staff were very helpful when emailing

Agree with many of the other reviews here, if I could give a lower rating, I would. Ordered nursery furniture (2 cots, plus mattresses, mattress for Snuzpod, rocking chair and change table - which arrived damaged) in October with an estimated delivery of the first week in Dec. I had to repeatedly chase them on a delivery date when they told me it would be delayed. It’s now February, my twins are due next week and I’m still waiting for the cots to be delivered. First it was issues with their supplier, now it’s issues with their courier and no one is available to take my call, responses to emails are ridiculously slow. I’m being told the courier will contact me with a new date and then nothing. I moved hospital apts etc to be at home today. To say Im livid and really upset by the experience is the biggest understatement. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS STORE. I spent a lot of money and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Follow-up: cots arrived today but the above message stands, communication, customer service and follow-up leaves a lot to be desired. I would shop elsewhere.

We have bought from baby doc shop a few times and have had a brilliant experience, especially in store. I didn't get the store managers name but she was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Sometimes online orders can take time and if one part of the order is out of stock it can delay the whole order, however anytime we called they offered to ship the part of the order in stock immediately or even provide an alternative to the item we were waiting on. Fantastic place for all baby items.

Excellent experience. Great value and easy purchase process. There was good communication and updates were helpful and really speedy shipping.
