I ordered a car seat from tony kealys
I ordered a car seat from tony kealys. This particular seat I have had from them on a previous order no problem.
But on this occasion I ordered the seat said to be 5-10 working days for delivery. I waited over 2 weeks before calling as I'm aware delivery has been a problem with Corona virus. When I called I got told it wasnt in stock and they were waiting for them to come in soon and I should have had a call to tell me this which I hadn't been contacted. Then 2 days later I received a email to say the order had been cancelled. No phone call or explanation given. Very poor customer service.

Great customer service and excellent value for money
Received my order which was cheaper than all the competitors pretty much straight away. I emailed customer service and advised them it was a gift and that I needed it for a certain time and they dispatched immediately and I receive my order one or two days later. Overall very happy with the customer service and speed at which it arrived.

Ordered a stokke high chair a week ago
I ordered stokke high chair one week ago. Money went through, order was confirmed. I haven't heard from TK since. I tried today calling the telephone on the website and no one picked up, I left a message.
Any update from Tony Kealys would be greatly appreciated.
Update: order arrived on 21 August (ordered 12 August) and we're very happy with the product. Perhaps an update on when the goods had been shipped or sent the tracking number would have helped.
