A positive outcome from a unnecessary 2 months
I had credit taken out in my name fraudulently with Jacamo mens magazine and for 2 months my emails supplying evidence to close the case had been overlooked today after calling the office to explain the situation the case was finally closed. I would like to send my thanks to the professional polite agent I spoke with Micheal Lowe for finally dealing with a putting an end to an unnecessary past few months.

Incompetent company, would give zero stars if possible!
You use this company if you’re in debt. No one actually chooses to be in debt. I work 50+ hours a week and found it hard to call them when they were open. I had a ccj registered and had agreement in place for a monthly instalment. However, I emailed to ask to set up the instalment with a direct debit as I had tried online but it wouldn’t allow me. I got a reply asking for my bank details about 10 days later. I replied same day. I heard nothing back and payment day came and no direct debit had been set up. So I emailed again. And again and again. I was then getting threatening emails telling me if I didn’t pay they would take further steps to recover the money. Like I was the one not trying to pay! I took a day off work and called them. They had all the emails there, and said I needed to call them. But why not mention this in the email they sent me instead of asking for my bank details to set it up? Absolute waste of my time. I obviously have several debts, and normally dealing with the other companies has been so much more straight forward and less degrading than this one. If I could give zero stars I would as nothing at all was straight forward.

They do not sent appropriate notices and the contact for the fraud doesn't work when using their own instructions!
There was no attempt at resolution and they didn't even bother to investigate the matter. All of which I have clear documentation thereof.

SHOCKINGLY AWFUL. Beth was an absolute battle to deal with. Full of attitude and lacked professionalism. No empathy, only concerned with making sure it was known that the admin issue was NOT her, nothing to with her it.. tm legals fault...even though she was supposed to be the professional face of TM Legal. Place should have their legal licenses looked at. Truly shocking.
I hope I NEVER have the misfortune of dealing with these cowboys again.
Beth needs some customer relations training ASAP!
