Very quick and simple, very good customer service

My name is Gemma and I'm with my friend Andy I have mental health issues badly I wasn't going to answer the phone but I'm so glad I did the girl called mackyla 🌞🌞😎😎 brightened up my day I was so down and head a mess but she reassured me that things be ok she's so hound I have a 22 year old and she isn't as mature as this girl she is a credit to your company don't let her go she has made me feel like I'm not alone I have my best friend Andy all I need but mackyla made me smile which I havnt been doing for a long time thank you mackyla your mum has done an amazing job to make you into the lovely young lady you are today thank you very much from 💎💎💎 gem x

constantly harassing me for a debt that doesn't exist, reply to their emails all you get is emails not monitored tin pot company if they cannot look a replies. I have full documentation for a loan that was paid , any court action or ccj registered against me will be met with legal action!

Absolutely appalling experience with TM Legal. A disputed E.ON-related debt ultimately resulted in a £622 CCJ and a huge amount of unnecessary stress and time spent trying to resolve matters.

The situation became so serious that I had to make an N244 application seeking to have the judgment set aside. E.ON subsequently removed the remaining balance, bought the account back and assisted with getting the CCJ cancelled.

Despite all of this, TM Legal have still failed to properly respond to my emails or address the issues I have raised. Their handling has been so poor that I have now had to escalate matters to both the Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

For a legal debt-recovery firm, I would expect basic communication, proper consideration of disputes and responses to correspondence before matters reach this stage.

Stressful, frustrating and completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I could not recommend TM Legal.

Colene was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in navigating to resolving. In a time when people skills are often underrated she surpasssed in every way and is huge asset to her company

I would like to personally thank Mekella, Case Manager at TM Legal.
I cannot put into words the relief this woman gave me today. I called feeling extremely frightened, overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted by a situation that has been causing me enormous stress. I was even prepared to pay a debt that I do not believe is mine simply because I was desperate for the situation to end.
Mekella did something I will never forget. She listened to me — not just as a case number, but as a human being. She gave me the time and space to explain the difficult circumstances behind the account and the domestic abuse I have experienced. She showed me compassion, patience and understanding when I was emotional and struggling to speak.
Instead of treating me simply as someone who needed to make a payment, she listened carefully to my circumstances, reassured me that I should not be going through this, and told me she would escalate the matter and do everything she could to try to find a solution. For the first time, I felt that someone genuinely cared about what had happened to me rather than seeing me as just an account or a balance.
I ended that phone call crying, but this time they were tears of relief. A burden I have been carrying for weeks suddenly felt lighter. For the first time with this situation, I felt that somebody had genuinely heard me and wanted to help me rather than judge me.
Mekella, if you ever read this, thank you. You gave me hope today when I desperately needed it. Your kindness may have been part of your working day, but to me it meant far more than that. I will never forget how you treated me.
There may be other women experiencing abuse who are frightened to explain their circumstances or ask for help. I hope my review gives even one of them the courage to speak up, because speaking to someone like Mekella can make an enormous difference.
