I had two parcels to received and i totaly forgot to consolidate them. tiptrans send me a message with an "How to?" and, 3 or 4 mouse clicks later, i saved money....Thanks a lot.

They consolidated all my parcels, it was packed nicely. They always ship out the next day. I was happy with the service, have shipped out about 4 consolidated packages from them.

Ich habe mein Paket an Tiptrans senden lassen, um es von dort aus zu mir nach Hause zu schicken. Allerdings konnte ich mein Paket nicht ohne ein teures Upgrade meines Kontos für 250€ verschicken. Dazu kommen noch etwa 100€ Versandkosten – für eine Ware, die nur knapp 400€ wert ist, lohnt sich das überhaupt nicht.

Ich versuche, das Problem mit dem Support zu klären, aber es werden mir ständig Gebühren für die Lagerung berechnet, während sich nichts bewegt. Der Support ist keine große Hilfe, und ich stehe jetzt kurz davor, mein 400€-Paket zu verlieren.

Ich kann Tiptrans absolut nicht empfehlen!

Danke für die Antwort, aber das hilft mir jetzt auch nicht weiter. Ich habe hier viel Geld verbrannt und Ihr wollt es mir nicht einfach normal zusenden. Warum soll ich einen Businessplan abschließen für nur 1 Paket. Sendet mir einfach meine Ware und gut ist.

Das ist keinesfalls Klar aufgeführt. Wo steht, dass man ein extra Business Account braucht, um Ware im gleichen Land zu versenden, wo man es hingeschickt hat?

納品日が予定より早かった。これだけ早い対応をしていだたけるのであれば、最初の予定到着日の設定を短くしていただけると更に、安心して依頼することができます。

Just received my first shipment - much faster than I expected, I really appreciated all the photos especially showing the various packages being consolidated.

Package said delivered but wasnt as part of the address was cut from the label. Tiptrans located the package after Isent all details of the address label from the courier company and a screenshot of their route to delivery. They found the package and sent it to me straight away.

This was my first time using Tiptrans and I'm very happy with the service they provided, everything went flawlessly. Also like being offered a choice of couriers / postal services to deliver the packages and the prices that they were charging.

So I would definitely use Tiptrans again and would have no hesitation recommending them. Thanks

Perfektní služba, kurýr dorazil, tak jak bylo oznámeno a za službu jsem uhradila mnohem méně než na poště. Hlavně nemusím nikam jezdit a tahat se s balíkem. Po zkušenostech s českou poštou, kdy mi balík ani nechtěli vzít, opravdu velká spokojenost.
